INTERPRETATION
1 DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION
1.1 Definitions
In this Agreement:
"Additional Cost Rate" has the meaning given to it in Schedule 3 (Mandatory Cost formulae).
"Affiliate" means, in relation to any person, a Subsidiary of that person or a Holding Company of that person or any other Subsidiary of that Holding Company.
"Authorisation" means an authorisation, consent, approval, resolution, licence, exemption, filing, notarisation or registration.
"Availability Period" means the period from and including the date of this Agreement to and including the Value Date.

Авиакомпания базируется на территории Авиационного коммерческого предприятия «Международный аэропорт Харьков».
Авиакомпания первой в Украине начала эксплуатировать грузопассажирский самолет АН-140, способный перевезти 52 пассажира или до 7 тонн груза, а также одновременно груз и пассажиров в любых пропорциях. Самолет АН-140, разработанный в АНТК г. Киев и собранный на Харьковском Государственном Производственном Предприятии (ХГАПП) - современный ближнемагистральный авиалайнер, призванный заменить на авиарынке устаревший аналог – АН-24.
Самолет успешно прошел испытания, как в условиях «вечной мерзлоты» в р-не аэродрома Нарьян-Мар (РФ) при температуре – 55 град, так и в «горячих» климатических условиях (Ливия, Судан). Самолет побывал на международных выставках в Великобритании, Франции, ОАЭ, России и т. д.

Aeromist-Kharkiv Airline Ltd was established on June 5, 2002. It made its first official flight on September 13, 2002 en route Kharkiv-Kyiv.
The airline is based on the territory of Commercial Aviation Company "Kharkiv International Airport".
The Airline was the first in Ukraine to start operation of the An-140 cargo/passenger aircraft that can carry 52 passengers or up to 7 tons of cargo, or a combination of cargo and passengers in any proportions. The An-140 aircraft, designed by Kyiv-based Antonov ASTC and assembled by Kharkiv State Aircraft Manufacturing Company (KSAMC), is a modern commuter designed to replace the out-of-date An-24 on the aircraft market.
The aircraft successfully passed the tests both in "permafrost" climatic conditions in the region of Naryan-Mar airdrome (the Russian Federation) at a temperature of minus 55 C and in "hot" climatic conditions (Libya, Sudan). The aircraft was presented at international exhibitions in Great Britain, France, UAE, Russia, etc.
Compartment lay-out design is able to compete with any foreign designs.
The Airline has a license for "Passenger Air Transportation Services" No. 176828 dated September 8, 2005 and an Operator's Certificate No. 182 dated December 2, 2003.

ORGANISATION
40. The Director General
(1) There shall be a Director General of the BBC.
(2) The Director General shall be the chief executive officer of the BBC. He shall be an executive member of the Executive Board and may be its chairman (see article 29).
(3) The Director General shall also be the editor-in-chief of the BBC. As such, he shall be accountable for the BBC’s editorial and creative output.
(4) Where a vacancy is to be filled in the office of Director General and the Trust has determined that the person to be appointed shall also serve as the Chairman of the Executive Board in an executive capacity, the Director General shall be appointed, hold and vacate office in accordance with articles 29 and 32.

Импульсные линии к приборам BL101N, BL101R, BL105N, BL105R, BF109, BF111 заполнены водой, в импульсных линиях к приборам ВР101, ВР208, ВРD119, ВРD127 возможно выпадение конденсата. Установку и подключение этих приборов обеспечить в соответствии с действующими нормами. 4 Impulse pipings from insertions to BP101, BP208, BF109, BF111, BPD119, BPD127, BL101N, BL101R, BL105N, BL105R sensors shall be laid in accordance with RM4 23 93 depending on the environmental parameters specified in 12084 001 12 ATKh.0033D. Impulse lines to BL101N, BL101R, BL105N, BL105R, BF109, BF111 instruments are filled with water, condensate dropout is possible in impulse lines to ВР101, ВР208, ВРD119, ВРD127 instruments. The installation and connection of these instruments shall be performed in accordance with the effective standards. Measures shall be taken ensuring nonfreezing of impulse lines to these instruments in case of their passing outside the building. BL101N, BL101R, BL105N, BL105R, BF109, BF111 sensors shall be located below the sampling point, and connecting pipes shall have a one-way slope (min. 1:10) from the sampling points to the side of a sensor. For blowing and water filling of connecting pipes to the abovementioned instruments, a drain valve and a drain header shall be provided on every pipe near the sensors, for blowing and water filling of instrument operating chambers – a drain header under every instrument. |
