Ingrédients :
• 2 Bananes
• 90 gr de Sucre en poudre
• 1 sachet de Sucre Vanille
• 15 cl de Lait
• 2 Œufs
• 80 gr de Beurre + 10 gr pour le moule
• 150 gr de Farine
• 1/2 sachet de Levure chimique
• 1 bonne pincée de Cannelle
• 1 petite pincée de Sel
• 1 bouchon de Rhum
• 2 c à soupe de Fromage blanc
Préparation :
- Dans un saladier mettez la farine, la pincée de sel et la levure tamisée et faites un puit où vous incorporez les 2 œufs au milieu, mélangez avec un fouet, faites fondre votre beurre et versez petit à petit au mélange. Ajoutez-y les 90 gr de sucre, les 15 cl de lait, le sucre vanille et la cannelle ainsi que le Rhum.
- Coupez vos 2 bananes en petites rondelles, ajoutez le fromage blanc à la pâte, mélangez délicatement et ajoutez les bananes.
- Mélangez encore délicatement et versez dans un moule beurré ou silicone
Cuisson :
Allumez le four à 200° C chaleur tournante, glissez le moule dans le four froid et laissez cuire pendant 35 minutes.
Le Conseil du Chef :
Ce gâteau peut se préparer avec n'importe quel fruit, comme des pommes, des cerises... et même 1 jour à l'avance si vous avez le courage de patienter ;)
Accompagnement :
Une tasse de café ou de thé (ne pas oublier une bonne cuillère de crème fouettée sur le café ou le gâteau ;)

Ingredients:
- 2bananas
- 90g powdered sugar
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- 15cl milk
- 2eggs
- 80g butter + 10g for the mould
- 150g flower
- ½ sachet baking powder
- 1 generous pinch of cinnamon
- 1 small pinch of salt
- 1 capful of rum
- 2 tbl spoons Cottage cheese
Preparation :
- Put the flour, pinch of salt and sifted baking powder into a salad bowl, make a hollow in the centre of the mixture and whisk the two eggs in, melt the butter and pour it into the mixture little by little. Fold in the 90g of sugar, 15cl of milk, vanilla sugar and cinnamon as well as the rum.
- Chop the two bananas into thin slices, add the Cottage cheese to the dough, stir gently and add the bananas.
- Continue to stir gently and pour into a buttered mould or one which is made from silicone.
Cooking:
Set the cooker to 200°C fan oven mode; slide the mould into an unheated oven and leave to bake for 35 minutes.
The chef’s advice:
This cake can be prepared with any fruit, such as apples, cherries…and will stay fresh for a day if you have the strength to resist ;)
Accompaniment :
A cup of coffee or tea (not forgetting a generous spoon of whipped cream on the coffee or cake ;)

Las culturas prehispánicas le dieron una gran importancia al uso medicinal de los nopales: para detener el flujo, las semillas de la tuna; la goma o mucílago templaba el calor de los riñones; para eliminar las fiebres ingerían el jugo. La fruta era útil para el exceso de bilis. La pulpa de la tuna y las pencas asadas se usaban como cataplasma. Para el tratamiento de hernia, hígado irritado, úlceras estomacales y erisipela, utilizaban la raíz.
El mucílago o baba del nopal servía para manos y labios partidos. Las pencas mitigan el dolor y curan inflamaciones. Una pequeña plasta curaba el dolor de muelas. La pulpa de las tunas servía para la diarrea. La savia del nopal, contra las fiebres malignas; las pencas descortezadas ayudaban en el parto. Las espinas fueron usadas en la limpieza de infecciones.

Pre-Hispanic cultures gave great importance to the medicinal use of the prickly pear cactus: to stop bleeding, the seeds of the prickly pear were used; the gum or mucilage cooled heated kidneys; to eliminate fever they drank its juice. The fruit was useful for cases of excess bile. The prickly pear’s pulp and grilled leaves were used as cataplasm. For the treatment of hernias, irritated livers, stomach ulcers and erysipelas, they would use the roots.
The cactus’ mucilage or mucus was used for parched hands or lips. The leaves ease pain and soothe inflammation. A small paste of the fruit provided relief from molar pain. The prickly pears’ pulp was used against diarrhoea. The prickly pear’s sap, against yellow fever; and the skinned leaves aided with birth. The thorns were used in the cleaning of infections.
