Article I.
The object of this agreement
is adjustment of relations between the contractors by purchase of the goods from the supplier to the buyer.
Article II.
1. Object of the fulfillment
The supplier is obligated to the buyer deliver and the buyer is obligated to the supplier buy the goods according next specification:
2. Delivery time is 10 days after the paying of total price by the buyer according the term of payment in article IV.
Article III.
Process of delivery

2. The buyer acquirs the property right to the goods untill the total paying of the purchase price.
3. The risk of demage pass on the buyer in the moment of the takeover of the goods.
4. The part of the delivery is also the dispache note, who is regarded as necessary to the takeover and use of the goods. The takeover of the delivery note will be realised by takeover of the goods in the place of the fullfilment.
Article IV.
Price and terms of payment
1. The price of the goods is agreed as follows:
2. Terms of payment: payment in advance on the basis of invoice.
3. The invoice must contain:
a) sign of the invoice and the number
b) trade name and address of the supplier and buyer
c) number of dispache note
d) object of the delivery and date of the taxable fullfilment
e) date of issue of the invoice and due date
f) name and number of the bank and number of account on which will be payed
g) VAT number
h) price for unit without VAT, total price without VAT.
Article V.
1. This contract shall be valid upon beeing signed by both contracting parties.
2. This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Chzech Republic.
3. This contract is made out in 2 counterparts both with the validity of an original.
4. The Contracting Parties hereby declare that this Contract has been concluded as an expression of their free, genuine, definite and true will, without any duress or otherwise obviously unfavourable conditions. In witness hereof, the Contracting Parties attach their signatures below.

I. Punkts.
Dotā līguma mērķis ir attiecību nostiprināšana starp līgumslēdzējām pusēm, pārdodot preces no piegādātāja pircējam.
II. Punkts.
1. Izpildāmie pienākumi
Piegādātājam ir pienākums pret
pircēju piegādāt pircējam un
pircējam ir pienākums pret
piegādātāju pirkt preces.
2.Piegādes termiņš ir 10(desmit) dienas pēc kopējās cenas samaksāšanas, ko veic pircējs, saskaņā ar apmaksas termiņiem 4. punktā.
III. Punkts.
Piegādes process
1. Uzkrausanas vieta.
Pircējs iegūst īpašuma tiesības attiecībā uz precēm līdz ar pirkuma cenas apmaksas veikšanu pilnībā.
3. Preces bojājuma risks pāriet pircēja pusē preču brīdī, kad tas pārņem preces savā īpašumā.
4. Piegādes daļa arī ir Preču – rēķins pavadzīme, kas ir atzīmējams kā nepieciešamība, lai pārņemtu preces. Preču rēķina pavadzīmes aizpildīšana tiks veikta pārņemot preces izpildes vietā.

1. Preču cena ir saskaņā ar sekojošo:
2. Apmaksas termiņš: avansa maksājums pamatojoties uz piestādīto rēķinu.
3. Rēķinam ir jāsatur:
a) Rēķina nosaukumu un numuru
b) Piegādātāja un pārdevēja firmas nosaukumu
c) Preču pavadzīmes – rēķina numurs
d) Piegādes mērķis un apmaksājamās izpildes datums
e) Rēķina izdošanas un attiecīgās dienas datums
f) Bankas nosaukums un kods un norēķinu konta numurs
g) PVN numurs
h) Vienības cena bez PVN, un kopējā cena bez PVN
V. Punkts
1. Līgums stājas spēkā brīdī, kad to parakstījušas abas līgumslēdzēju puses.
2. Līgums ir sastādīts un interpretēts saskaņā ar likumdošanu.
3. Līgums ir sastādīts divos eksemplāros(oriģinālos), un izsniegts abām līgumslēdzēju pusēm.
4. Līgumslēdzēju puses šeit dara zināmu, ka šis līgums ir bijis noslēgts pēc brīvas, īstas, noteiktas un patiesas gribas, bez jebkādiem spaidiem vai citādi skaidri neizdevīgos apstākļos. Iepriekš minēto apliecinot, līgumslēdzēju puses pievieno savus parakstus šeit zemāk.
