About me

I work with all types of translation jobs from Danish to English as well as proofreading and editing of texts in English. The key words describing my work are: precision, quality, and rapid service.

I moved to Denmark from the US nearly eleven years ago, after finishing my studies in communications and journalism at The Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington.

My competencies include a comprehensive understanding of Danish and English and the ability to compose concise texts that effectively communicate to the desired target groups.

In the past six years, I have translated approx 1,000,000 words for a variety of clients and a range of assignments, including:
- Journalistic articles, marketing materials, press releases and internal company communications
- Articles and books on management theory (primarily for ATTRACTOR A/S)
- A wide array of catalogues, contracts, guides, user manuals, etc.

	X Why did the menu change? The updates to the menu were made to make the site easy and more intuitive for visitors. Obviously, like any change, this may take a few days to get used to. The dropdown menus have been divided into two-dimensional panels with similar items grouped together under headings. This eliminates scrolling for those with smaller screens, and also improves readability. More information on the changes... Where is the "My ProZ.com" menu? Mouseover your name at the top of the screen. Here you will find information about your account, your email settings, and more. The "My ProZ.com" menu was moved up here to simplify the main navigation, and to keep all of this type of information together. I cannot find something If you are having trouble finding something with the new menu, please submit a support request.
