Interest to further develop proficiency in English spurred the initiative to take a diploma program in English linguistics (Ahli Madya), while working as part-time language instructor. Following completion of bachelor’s degree in Economics (Sarjana Ekonomi), branched out to develop writing skills in journalism and copywriting. Learned Computer Aided Translation (CAT) tools, project management, and simultaneous interpreting when working as full-time in-house translator. Continuously develop himself through course and self-learning on translation, interpreting, and localization. A Mac connoisseur, who is also a Windows power user and Linux savvy.
