Foods provide us with energy and nutrients both of
which contribute to feelings of satiety. The composition
of foods in terms of macronutrients (i.e. carbohydrate,
protein and fat) has a key impact on the regulation
of eating. The distribution of macronutrients
has an effect at two levels; firstly by influencing the
energy density of a food, for example a food that
contains a certain quantity of fat will provide more
calories than one with the same quantity of protein,
fibre or carbohydrates. Certain macronutrients will
also influence the fullness a food will provoke. For
instance, some macronutrients slowing down gastric
emptying will maintain the fullness feeling longer
after food consumption.
Many studies have looked at the satiating effects of
macronutrients and it is generally well established
that protein containing foods tend to be more satiating
than carbohydrate and fat(31;32). The cumulative
effect of more than one satiating nutrient within one
food is worthy of consideration.
Other factors such as energy density of a food
can have an effect on satiety as well. Conversely
low energy dense foods (i.e. foods with high water
content and minimal fat) consumption also help to
reach satiation relatively quickly(33).
In principle, foods with a high satiating potential and
low energy density should help to regulate energy
intake and therefore be beneficial in terms of weight
management, minimizing the risk of overeating. | Translation - Spanish Composición nutricional

| | English to Spanish: Description of Paris | Source text - English THE EIFFEL TOWER
Built for the International Exhibition of Paris of 1889 beside the Sein river, the Eifle Tower officially commemorates the centenary of the French Revolution. From the 700 or so proposals submitted in a design competition, Gustave Eiffel's was unanimously chosen as the winner.
The Prince of Wales, later King Edward VII of England, opened the tower, and today it’s a symbol not just of the city, but the pride the French feel about their independence and their country in general.
At 300 metres (320.75m including the antenna), and 7000 tons, it was the world's tallest building until 1930 when New York City’s Chrysler building was finished. Make sure you visit it during the day, but also at night time when it is lit up- truly a mesmerising sight!
20 years after its birth, in 1909 the tower was due to be dismantled as part of the rules of the design competition. At this time, ownership was passed on to the city of Paris, who decided to keep the tower standing for the sake of the antenna – a valuable communication facility.
Every New Years Eve, Paris presents a spectacular fireworks show that makes headlines around the world. Well worth it if you can make it even once to watch this in person!
Visitors can climb to the first and second levels, which are accessible by stairs or an elevator. Tickets can be bought from the base of the South tower where the stairs begin.
To get to the Eiffel Tower take the RER line and stop at Champ de Mars. Buses 42, 69, 72, 82 and 87 also take you close to the entrance.
auto.

In the same way they show the maximum conditions when the drains can operate in automatic position. See annex D “Diagram of Bypass in cascade and drains operation”.
The drains system of the steam generator system is installed to remove any condensation generated during start and operation, to prevent the entry of water in the turbine and prevent the ram from hitting the steam lines.
The start drains allow the establishing of the steam flow on the steam lines so they are heated and drained from water gradually at a low pressure (usually at a pressure near to the atmosphere's even in the main steam lines) towards the drain tanks. When the condensating drain is completed, the steam brought to the performing conditions, will flow through the drain system until the drain valves are closed and set in auto mode.
