5. Rechtsfolge von Pflichtverletzungen
5.1 Unbeschadet unserer weiteren, sich aus § 437 BGB ergebenden Rechte können wir bei Nichteinhaltung von Fixterminen und/oder Garantien und/oder der Verpflichtung gemäß Ziffer 3.3 Satz 2 ohne Fristsetzung vom Vertrag zurücktreten und Schadenersatz statt der ganzen Leistung in Höhe von pauschal 10% des Kaufpreises verlangen, es sei denn, der Verkäufer weist uns einen geringeren (bzw. den Nichteintritt eines Schadens), oder wir weisen einen höheren Schaden nach. 5. Conseguenze giudiziarie per violazioni di obblighi

The first production step is to dry the plastic granules to within a moisture content of 0.02-0.07% depending on colorings and additives used. To verify that the drying procedure meets specifications, the operator analyses moisture content with the halogen moisture analyzer. The rapidly available and reliable results, together with the easy handling of the instrument make the YY the perfect choice for the production environment. Within 15 minutes the result is displayed with a reading of up to the three decimal places and confirmed by a printout that is attached to the working report.

Il primo passo della produzione consiste nell’essiccare i granuli fino a raggiungere un contenuto di umidità dello 0,02-0,07% in funzione dei colori e degli additivi utilizzati. Per verificare che la procedura di essiccatura corrisponda alle specifiche, l’operatore analizza il contenuto di umidità con l’analizzatore di umidità a lampada alogena. I risultati rapidamente disponibili e affidabili unitamente alla maneggevolezza dello strumento rendono YY la scelta perfetta per gli ambienti produttivi. In 15 minuti il risultato viene indicato fino al terzo decimale e confermato da una stampa allegata al rendiconto d’analisi.
