Expérience professionnelle
Traducteur - interprète assermenté pour la combinaison linguistique chinois-français/ français-chinois au Palais de Justice de Bruxelles depuis avril 2002.

Divers travaux de traduction et d’interprétariat jurés /assermentés pour différentes instances comme la police fédérale de Belgique, le palais de Justice de Bruxelles, les centres fermés, les commissions rogatoires travaillant avec la police fédérale, l’IBPT, le service des douanes. Nombreux travaux de traduction de diplômes chinois en français, de permis de conduire chinois, et de divers documents et instruments officiels, de rapports médicaux concernant le virus H5N1 et de contrats internationaux.

1997- Création d’un bureau de traduction et d’interprétation et de consultance « WORLDWIDE sprl » spécialisé dans la combinaison linguistique chinois (mandarin) et français. L’ anglais étant également accepté puisque seconde langue en asie. Mon agence de traduction est située rue des Cultes 28 à 1000 Bruxelles.

Avant cela, j’étais aux Philippines et à Taiwan en tant que traducteur – interprète chinois (mandarin)-français-anglais non assermenté pendant une vingtaine d’années auprès de diverses associations, intérêts commerciaux traduction et relecture de contrats internationaux dans le domaine de la construction et d’entretien de centrales nucléaires et participation aux négociations techniques entre les parties européennes et taiwanaises et chinoises. Participation linguistique au niveau culturel pour la télévision taiwanaise à Taiwan et en Chine continentale touchant également à l’enseignement de ces langues à Taiwan et aux Philippines.

Etudes
Etudes et diplôme de langues et de traduction en anglais–français au Liren International Language School à Bruxelles. Puis études de langue chinoise à l’université normale de Taiwan (Taiwan Normal University) et de philosophie chinoise à l’université de Taiwan
(Taiwan University).

职业经历与经验
从2002年起是法文/中文法定翻译-口译的专业。

为一些比利时政府警政单位提供翻译业务：警察局，收音微波检查警察局，海关，等机构。除了这些以外，还有翻译中文的文凭，驾驶执照，政府文件，医学方面有关H5N1的报告，国际会议的报告，及合同。

最近，于2007年十月六至七日，参加欧中论坛在布鲁塞尔的“自由大学”举行。

1997年：建立 ”地球翻译社“有限公司 (Worldwide Translation sprl) 专门用中文与法文,
英文。

之前，我住在菲律宾与台湾，两地区总算20年的时间。那时候负责英，法，中，的翻译工作。那时向一般的商业机构与经济机构提供翻译服务，一般的国际合同翻译，与特别有的是台湾马鞍山核能发电厂资料的翻译与对照处理。加入科技方面的协调与合同的商量提供口译专业。在国际会议方面，参加同步翻译业务。台湾电视台方面，冲入国际环境保护以及频临绝种动植物的保育工作。在台湾，中国大陆，菲律宾等地区，都有提供翻译方面的业务。

学历
1977年，LIREN INTERNATIONAL LANGUAGE SCHOOL 的英法文翻译学文凭。 之后，在台湾师范大学，现补习中文，然后参加当大学的哲学系，同时也旁听台湾大学的文学系那里读”文心雕龙“的一部分。

Professional experience
Sworn translator and interpreter for the language combination Chinese (Mandarin)-French and registered at the Brussels Court of Justice since April 2002.

Numerous translation jobs sworn and regular for diverse concerns such as the Belgian Federal Police, the IBPT, an official Belgian concern for the regulation of accepted radio wavelengths on the Belgian territory, and also translated for the Belgian Customs authority. Besides, I also translated numerous official documents such as Chinese drivers’ licences, Chinese diplomas and other official instruments into French and English, medical reports from Hong Kong regarding the H5N1 virus and international construction and maintenance contracts relative to the Maanshan power station in Taiwan.

More recently, joint the Euro-China Forum held in Brussels on June 6 and 7, 2007 on campus of the Free University of Brussels (also known as ULB, in French).

Before that, I have lived in the Philippines and in Taiwan and worked as a Chinese-French-English translator for a period of twenty years during which time I was working for diverse trade associations, varied commercial concerns. I have also worked in such fields as nuclear, between Taiwanese and European parties, participated in cultural events at Taiwanese television stations and teaching in Taiwan and in the Philippines. Also joint Taiwanese environmental conservation and protection of near-extinct animal species, flora and fauna agencies.

Studies
Studies and translation – interpreting diploma in English and French at the Liren International Language School in Brussels. Then Chinese studies at the Taiwan Normal University (Taiwan Shifan Daxue) and Chinese philosophy at the Taiwan University (Taiwan Daxue).
