Manden er en rigtig arketype af forretningsmand. Klam at se på – usympatisk, utålmodig og lidt for selvglad. En mand der er vant til at få sin vilje uden at tage hensyn. Manden står med ryggen til dem – bevidst for at understrege sin egen betydning.
Overfladisk knipser manden af sin mappe der står på den marmorbelagte indkørsel. Den ene af fyrene rækker ham tasken – mens den anden giver ham et venskabeligt klap i ryggen – lidt for kammeratligt, efter mandes smag, så gode venner er de heller ikke.
De vinker farvel, storsmilende – manden er for travlt optaget af sig selv til at han bemærker det.

The man is a real archetype executive. Not nice to look at – unsympathetic, impatient and a little too self-confident. A man who is used to getting his own way without making allowances. The man deliberately stands with his back to the gardeners – to emphasis his own importance.
Perfunctorily, the man clicks his fingers and holds his hand out. There is a briefcase standing on the marble covered driveway. One of the gardeners hands him the briefcase – whilst the other gives him a friendly pat on the back – a little too friendly in the man’s opinion, they’re really not on friendly terms.
They wave goodbye, big smiles on their faces – the man is too occupied with himself to notice.

Bilag 1 til aftale af xx 2003 mellem XXX og leverandøren (leverandøren).
I forbindelse med XXX’s opgave for YYY koncernen tilføjes nedenstående vilkår som supplement til XXX’s standard rammeaftale.
Leverandøren er bekendt med at der ved levering af ydelser i henhold til YYY’s Teknologiprogram stilles særlige krav til leverandørerne og disses ydelser.
Generelt
Ved kunden /YYY eller YYY-koncernen forstås alle selskaber, der til enhver tid efter koncernbegrebet i aktieselskabslovens § 2 er koncernforbundet med det til enhver tid værende moderselskab i YYY-koncernen, hvilket moderselskab på tidspunktet for indgåelsen af denne kontrakt er YYY Holding A/S.
Konsulentopgavens bemanding
Leverandøren er gjort bekendt med, at YYY skal godkende alle nye ressourcer, der tilknyttes et projekt, hvor den pågældende vil have samarbejdsrelationer til YYY-koncernens ressourcer. Endelig aftale mellem Leverandøren og XXX er betinget af YYYs godkendelse af de nye ressourcer.
XXX forbeholder sig ret til at afvise en ny konsulent, hvis denne skønnes ikke at have samme kvalifikationer til opgaven som den oprindelige eller såfremt YYY afviser at godkende pågældende.

Appendix 1 to the agreement dated xx 2003 between XXX and the Provider (name of the provider).
With regard to XXX’s task for the YYY Group, the terms below are added as a supplement to XXX’s standard Framework Agreement.
The provider has been informed that with the delivery of services in relation to YYY’s Technology Programme, special demands are placed on the providers and their services.
General
The client/YYY or the YYY Group is understood as all companies which at any time following the term ’group’ in the Companies Act § 2 are consolidated in the group with the at any time existing parent company in the YYY group which at the time of entering into this contract is YYY Holding A/S.
The manning of the consulting task.
The provider has been informed that YYY must approve all new resources that are attached to a project where the person concerned will have cooperation relations to the YYY Group’s resources. Final agreement between the Provider and XXX are subject to YYY’s approval of the new resources.
XXX reserves the right to reject a new consultant if said consultant is judged as not having the same qualifications for the task as the original consultant or if YYY refuses to approve said consultant.
