What is an Arc Flash?
An arc occurs when electrical current flows between two or more separated energized conducting surfaces. Some arcs may be intentional such as arc welding or they may be accidental caused by a tool slipping or touching a test probe to the wrong surface.
The sudden release of large amounts of heat and light energy at the point of fault is ARC FLASH. When an arc flash occurs, temperatures can reach 35,000 oF causing molten metal and copper vapors to be released. TRANSCRIPTION OF ARTICLE 2,810 OF THE CIVIL CODE FOR THE STATE OF QUINTANA ROO:
Article 2810: “ In all the Power of Attorneys for Lawsuits, Acts and Litigations, it will be enough to say that it is given with all the general and special empowerment that require special clause, according to the law, for them to be understood as executed without any limitations. - In the General Power of Attorneys for the Administration of Goods it should be enough to say that they are given with that nature, for the Empowered to have all kind of Administrative rights. In the General Powers of Attorney to execute Credit Instruments with the exception of the Donation which in this Code is a juridical business that is very personal for the donator and therefore does not admit a representative to do it, it will be enough to say that such power is executed with such character, for the empowered to have powers as an owner, as much as in anything related to the goods as to make any kind of action to protect them. When it is wanted to limit the empowerment in the three cases mentioned before, the limitations should be submitted or special power of attorney should be issued. The Notaries are to insert this article in the Power of Attorneys executed before them. The same at the bottom of the Power of Attorney and before the signatures of the ratification, if in the text of the document it was not inserted by the interested parties, the officers before whom the granters and the witnesses ratify their signatures, according to fraction II of the Article Two Thousand eight hundred and seven, in relation with the Two Hundred and eighteen and the Two thousand eight hundred and eleven. Without this insert the testimonies and ratifications will lack of legal value. –“
