In addition to measurements on conveyor belts, the XXXX also offers the opportunity to determine the moisture in chutes, containers or pipelines. In pipelines one can measure the moisture or dry matter contents not only of bulk goods, but also of liquids. At variable product temperature, a temperature sensor may be used in each of the two measuring channels in order to get a temperature-compensated measuring signal.
The material layer to be measured is transmitted by microwaves. The principle of measurement is based on the physical effect of
• phase shift (reduction of the propagation speed at high relative permittivity)
• attenuation (intensity decrease due to dielectric loss)
of electromagnetic waves passing through moist material. Since water has a high relative permittivity, moist material differs from dry material due to changed dielectric properties.
Incident microwaves set free water molecules, which are not yet bound to dry matter, in rotation depending on the orientation of the electromagnetic field. This causes the phase shift and the attenuation.
Thus, the XXX determines the amount of free water in the material being measured.

Weakly bound water can be detected depending on the bond strength. Therefore, the measurement effect may depend on the particle-size distribution and the chemical composition of the product being measured if the binding of water to solid materials is changed.
Conducting materials such as graphite or coke cannot be transmitted by microwaves. Likewise, transmission of metal walls or metal-reinforced conveyor belts is not possible. Walls to be transmitted which are made of plastic, rubber or insulating materials having a fairly low relative permittivity have no influence on the measuring effect.

A szállítószalagon végzett mérés mellett a XXXX lehetőséget kínál csúszkán, konténerben vagy csővezetéken szállított áruk nedvességtartalmának meghatározására is. Csővezetékes szállításnál nem csak ömlesztett áru, de folyadékok esetében is mérhető a nedvesség- vagy szárazanyag-tartalom. A beeső mikrohullámok a száraz anyagban még meg nem kötött szabad vízmolekulákat az elektromágneses tér irányától függően forgásba hozzák. Ez okozza a fáziseltolódást és a csillapítást.
A XXXX készülék így meg tudja állapítani a mért anyag szabad víztartalmát.

XXX Self Adhesive is a dual curing, radio-opaque, fluoride releasing, self-adhesive composite cement for the cementation of indirect restorations.
Composition
XXX Self Adhesive is based on acidified urethane and di-, tri- and multifunctional acrylate monomers and contains 41% filler by weight of sub-micron and micron sized particles.

All-Ceramic Restorations
Follow ceramic restoration manufacturer’s recommended tooth reduction specifications when preparing teeth for reinforced all-ceramic restorations. Reinforced all-ceramic restorations should be closely fitted. Instruct the laboratory to reduce die spacer to accommodate cement with a low film thickness. To optimize mechanical retention, a well-etched or roughened ceramic surface is recommended. Optimum mechanical retention is indicated for bonding to zirconia type surfaces.
