About me

I was born with an infatuation for language, be it written or oral, bolstered by my love of reading and writing. My Libra sign will reveal that communication is my strength. I am a native born Vietnamese but was fortunate to live in the United States and learn English when I was a young age. Thus, I can also claim to be an English native. I started translating birth certificates and other documents 25 years ago for my father's translation business. I also interpreted for friends, family, and non-profit organizations. However, I only embraced my career full time after attending a course at an academy for certified legal interpreters and translators. I feel blessed to have a full time career that is rewarding as well as one that challenges me to be a better person everyday. Currently, I specialize in the medical and legal fields and also teach a private interpreter training class focusing on interpreting/translation methods, terminology, etc.
