The program has helped employees experiencing difficulties go on to successful careers with Company X. About the program Performance Improvement gives special attention to declining performance. The program combines realistic goal setting, progress reviews, and feedback. The length of the program is established by the supervisor. It is based on the complexity of the goals to be accomplished. If an employee's performance is declining, or if the person fails to achieve an acceptable level of performance, he or she may be placed on Performance Improvement. This applies whether or not the employee is currently due for a performance review. If the employee fails to respond to Performance Improvement, he or she will be placed on 30-day notice. Source text - English February sunlight welcomed the fifth birthday of the violinist as well as blooming grape vines which scented the gardens surrounding his dwelling. The naïve five year old opened the gift that was to change his life forever. The violin. This was no ordinary violin however. Even though it was not a Stradivarius which he would play in later life, it was the first violin which felt his touch and on which he honed his skills, and it was the colour of hope, the colour of sunrise.	Translation - Hungarian Mint ahogy a szollos viragzas kozben elbuvoli a haz koruli kerteket, ugy a Februari nap sugara csodalatossa varazsolta a hegedus otodik szuletesnapjat. (ugy koszontotte a Februari fenysugar a hegedus otodik szuletesnapjat). Az ot eves artatlan kinyitotta ajandekat, amely vegleg megvaltoztatta sorsat. Nem volt mas mind egy hegedu. Ez viszont nem volt egy kozonseges hegedu. Daca ocupantii locurilor din fata nu-si aprind centurile de siguranta in cursul unui minut, lampa de avertizare incepe sa clipeasca, iar semnalul sonor emite intermitent (de cate 12 ori), in timpul mersului. Daca, ulterior, pasagerul isi desprinde centura in timpul mersului, lampa de avertizare si semnalul sonor vor emite patru avertismente. Iar daca pasagerul continua sa nu-si fixeze centura, lampa de avertizare si semnalul sonor vor emite alte patru avertismente de fiecare data cand vehiculul se pune in miscare dupa o oprire. Imediat dupa prinderea centurii, semnalele de avertizare vor inceta.	Translation - Italian Alla rotazione della chiave di avviamento in posizione “ON”, la lampada di avvertenza si accende ed il segnale acustico si sente per un tempo di 6 secondi. Se durante il movimento, i passeggeri dei sedili anteriori non indossano le cinture di sicurezza nel corso di un minuto, la lampada di avvertenza inizia a lampeggiare ed il segnale acustico inizierà ad emettere un suono intermittente (per 12 volte). Nel caso in cui, ulteriormente, durante il movimento della vettura il passeggero slaccia la cintura, la lampada di avvertenza ed il segnale acustico emetteranno quattro messaggi di avvertimento. Aceasta ar indica faptul că statele lumii nu sunt încă decise ce hotărâre să adopte referitor la conturata criză iraniană.	Translation - French Le caractère non accompli de la résolution suggère la possibilité qu’une autre réunion diplomatique se déroule à Vienne, avant que ce cas ne soit présenté au Conseil de Sécurité ONU. 	X Why did the menu change? The updates to the menu were made to make the site easy and more intuitive for visitors. Obviously, like any change, this may take a few days to get used to. The dropdown menus have been divided into two-dimensional panels with similar items grouped together under headings. This eliminates scrolling for those with smaller screens, and also improves readability. More information on the changes... Where is the "My ProZ.com" menu? Mouseover your name at the top of the screen. Here you will find information about your account, your email settings, and more. The "My ProZ.com" menu was moved up here to simplify the main navigation, and to keep all of this type of information together. I cannot find something If you are having trouble finding something with the new menu, please submit a support request.
