AVVIAMENTO
- L'accensione del QE avviene ruotando l'interruttore blocco porta (Q1) sulla posizione 1, si accende la spia presenza tensione H14 .
- Il ciclo di caricamento si attiva premendo il pulsante START (S3).
A questo punto il sistema di controllo procede ad evadere tutte le richieste di caricamento .
La " chiamata " del materiale da parte del singolo caricatore avviene quando i selettori S5, S7, S9, S11, S13, S14 sono attivati (posizione 1).
I selettori S5, S7, S9, S11, S13, S14 attivati durante la fase di caricamento si illuminano (colore verde).
La bandinella metallica, posta sotto ciascun caricatore, si richiude rilevando la diminuzione di materiale nella tramoggia sottostante.
La fase di caricamento inizia con l'apertura della valvola a 3 vie posta sul coperchio per l'aria di aspirazione, e l'attivazione del soffio di aria compressa (se presente) per la pulizia del filtro .
Terminate queste fasi inizia l'aspirazione del materiale, fino al termine di un tempo fissato, oppure sino alla copertura del sensore di livello capacitivo di fine carico (se compresa nella fornitura).
PULIZIA AUTOMATICA DEL FILTRO A CARTUCCIA (OPZIONALE)
All’inizio di ogni ciclo di lavoro viene attivata automaticamente la pulizia del filtro posto sul caricatore e del filtro generale di linea.

MISE EN MARCHE
- L'allumage du TE (tableau électrique) s'effectue en tournant l'interrupteur de blocage de la porte (Q1) sur la position 1, le témoin de présence de tension H14 s'allume.
- Le cycle de charge se met en route en appuyant sur la touche START (S3).
Le système de contrôle continue alors à effectuer toutes les demandes de charge .
La " demande " de matériel de la part de chaque chargeur a lieu quand les sélecteurs S5, S7, S9, S11, S13, S14 sont activés (position 1).
Les sélecteurs S5, S7, S9, S11, S13, S14 activés pendant la phase de charge s'allument (couleur verte).
La trappe métallique, placée sous chaque chargeur, se referme en détectant la diminution de matériel dans la trémie située au-dessous.
La phase de charge commence par l'ouverture de la vanne à 3 voies placée sur le couvercle pour l'air d'aspiration et la mise en route du souffle d'air comprimé (s'il est présent) pour le nettoyage du filtre.
Lorsque ces phases sont terminées, l'aspiration du matériel commence, jusqu'à ce que le temps fixé soit écoulé ou jusqu'à ce que le capteur de niveau capacitif de fin de charge (s'il est inclu dans la fourniture) soit couvert.
NETTOYAGE AUTOMATIQUE DU FILTRE À CARTOUCHE (FACULTATIF)
Au début de chaque cycle de travail, le nettoyage du filtre placé sur le chargeur et du filtre général de la ligne se met en route automatiquement.
