El objetivo del presente informe es identificar y evaluar los riesgos en que se encuentra la mencionada plataforma, incluyendo el pozo de extracción de gas existente con una prospección de otros pozos en la misma plataforma, de la barcaza a utilizar como plataforma auxiliar, así como de las actividades conexas relacionadas con el transporte del gas natural a extraer, su comercialización como gas natural y su utilización como combustible en la futura Central Térmica a Gas planificada a construir por la misma empresa. Este Análisis Técnico facilitará el manejo de los riesgos y las proyecciones del Programa de Seguros a que hubiese lugar.
Como resultado del estudio, análisis y evaluaciones de campo efectuados, se indican en el presente Informe Técnico las recomendaciones del caso, con el fin de mantener las condiciones normales del riesgo y los adecuados niveles de control.
| Translation - English
The objective of the present report is to identify and assess risks found in the platform in mention, including the existing natural gas pumping well, as well as the trial pit within the same platform, the barge being used as secondary platform, as well as the activities related with the transportation of the natural gas to be extracted, its commercialization as natural gas and its use as fuel for the future Natural Gas Central Thermal Plant planned to be built by the same corporation. This technical analysis will facilitate managing the risks and projections of the insurance program to be put in place.
As a result of the study, analysis and field evaluations already performed, the present technical report will point out pertinent recommendations with the purpose of keeping risk conditions at normal levels and adequate control levels.
