About me
I'm a professional translator operating from Shenzhen China, specializing in language pairs including English<>Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Japanese>Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Japanese>English. As a native speaker of Chinese, I've been engaged in localization and translation business for fifteen years, accumulating rich and extensive experience in translation, editing, proofreading and quality assurance. I've been working as a freelancer in collaboration with a host of translation and localization agencies from around the world in various subject matters, including business, marketing, IT, finance, automobile, entertainment, travel and tourism, law, machinery and electronics etc. Also, with expertise in various translation tools such as Trados 6.5, 7.5 and 8.0, SDLX, Passolo and Alchemy Catalyst etc. as well as a full spectrum of Microsoft Office applications and DTP tools including PageMaker, FrameMaker and InDesign, I'm capable of offering translation services with specific requirements to shape content into different final appearances exactly matching the source.
