Source text - Romanian Prezentul Contract Cadru stipulează termenii şi condiţiile în care sunt executate acţiunile comandate de Client şi acceptate de Furnizor în cadrul perioadei de valabilitate a prezentului Contract Cadru. Prin urmare, dacă pe parcursul perioadei de valabilitate a prezentului Contract Cadru Părţile încheie un contract specific pentru o lucrare (comandă), se vor aplica termenii şi condiţiile prezentului Contract Cadru, cu excepţia cazurilor în care contractul specific stipulează altceva, dacă în contractul specific Părţile nu stipulează altcumva în scris, sub pedeapsa de nulitate.	Translation - English The present Frame Contract stipulates the terms and the conditions under which the actions, ordered by Client and accepted by Contractor, are carried out during the period of effectiveness of the present Frame Contract. Therefore, if the Parties of the present Frame Contract agree upon and sign a specific contract for a work (order) during the periods of effectiveness of the present Frame Contract, thereafter the conditions and the terms of the present Frame Contract are to be enforced, except the situations in which the specific contract stipulates other, if in the specific contract the Parties do not stipulate otherwise in a written form, under the penalty of nullity.

Source text - English The heat exchanger must be filled with water so that the pressure slowly reaches the working pressure. During filling with water the heat exchanger should be vented. After that the shutoff valves should be opened and the operation of the heat exchanger must be observed (e.g. temperatures, pressure, thermal expansion, and leakages). If the heat exchanger operates according to established parameters, it can be taken into continuous use.	Translation - Romanian Schimbătorul de căldură trebuie umplut cu apă astfel încât presiunea să atingă treptat presiunea de funcţionare. Pe perioada umplerii, schimbătorul de căldură trebuie să fie ventilat. După aceea valvele de închidere trebuie deschise iar funcţionarea schimbătorului trebuie supravegheată (de ex. temperatura, presiunea, dilatarea termica şi pierderile prin infiltraţie.) Dacă schimbătorul funcţionează conform parametrilor stabiliţi, atunci poate fi pus în funcţionare în continuu.

The "My ProZ.com" menu was moved up here to simplify the main navigation, and to keep all of this type of information together. I cannot find something If you are having trouble finding something with the new menu, please submit a support request.
