Joint practice
The above mentioned articles 11.2 and 11.3 provide that Community lawyers practising under their home-country professional titles can have access to the same forms of joint practice as Bulgarian advocates, that is to say, “attorney associations” (СЪДРУЖИЕ) and “attorney partnerships” (ДРУЖЕСТО).
It is however difficult to ascertain from Article 57.2 of the (English version of the) Act (« Persons who are not attorneys may not be partners in attorney partnerships ») whether the word “attorneys” should be understood as referring only to Bulgarian advocates or, in a wider sense, to Bulgarian advocates and/or Community lawyers practising under their home-country professional titles. Only the second interpretation would be compliant with the directive.
Bearing in mind our earlier comments about “attorney associations”, one must therefore ask whether the two Bulgarian forms of joint practice are accessible to a Community lawyer practising under his/her home-country professional title or only to those individuals that have been admitted as Bulgarian advocates following an equivalence examination or after three years of regular and effective practice of Bulgarian law.
Article 11.1 of the directive provides moreover that “[o]ne or more lawyers who belong to the same grouping in their home Member State and who practise under their home-country professional title in a host Member State may pursue their professional activities in a branch or agency of their grouping in the host Member State. However, where the fundamental rules governing the grouping in the home Member State are incompatible with the fundamental rules laid down by law, regulation or administrative action in the host Member State, the latter rules shall prevail insofar as compliance therewith is justified by the public interest in protecting clients and third parties”.
The Act does not seem to indicate the procedures by which foreign practice vehicles operating as branches or agencies of groupings in the home Member State would be recognised, insofar as the fundamental rules laid down by Bulgarian statutes, statutory instruments and regulation, having passed a public interest test, would allow it.
For your information, the French Cour de Cassation recently confirmed on 3 July 2008 (Case N° 06-20514) the 18 September 2006 ruling of the Colmar Court of Appeal requesting the Strasbourg bar association to register a German limited liability company (Gesellschaft mit beschränker Haftung - GMBH) under article 11.1 of the directive. | Translation - Bulgarian
Съвместна практика
Горепосочените чл. 11.2 и 11.3 предвиждат, че адвокатите от Общността, практикуващи под професионалното звание на тяхната страна по произход, могат да имат достъп до същите форми на съвместна практика, както българските адвокати, т.е. “адвокатски съдружия” (СЪДРУЖИЕ) и “адвокатски дружества” (ДРУЖЕСТВО).
Въпреки това е трудно да се установи от чл. 57.2 от (английският вариант на) Закона («Лица, които не са адвокати, не могат да бъдат съдружници в адвокатски съдружия ») дали думата “адвокати” трябва да се разбира като отнасяща се само до български адвокати или, в по-широк смисъл, до български адвокати и/или адвокати от Общността, практикуващи под професионалното звание на тяхната страна по произход. Само второто тълкуване би било съвместимо с директивата.
Имайки предвид нашите по-ранни коментари относно “адвокатски съдружия”, трябва да запитаме дали двете български форми на съвместна практика са достъпни за адвокат от Общността, практикуващ под професионалното звание на неговото/нейната страна по произход или само за онези индивиди, които са приети като български адвокати след приравнителен изпит или след тригодишно редовно и ефективно упражняване на българското право.
Още повече, чл. 11.1 от директивата предвижда, че “[е]дин или повече адвокати от една и съща група в тяхната държава-членка, които практикуват под професионалното звание на страната по произход в приемаща държава-членка, могат да упражняват професионалната си дейност в клон или в представителство на тяхната група в приемащата държава-членка. Въпреки това, когато основополагащите правила, които уреждат дейността на групата в държавата-членка по произход, са несъвместими с основополагащите правила, установени от законите, наредбите или административните действия в приемащата държава-членка, последните имат предимство, доколкото спазването им е оправдано от гледна точка на обществения интерес с оглед защитата на клиенти и на трети страни”.
Законът не изглежда да посочва процедурите, по които ще бъдат признати чуждестранните практики, опериращи като клонове или представителства на групи в приемащата държава-членка, доколкото основополагащите правила, установени от българските закони, законови инструменти и наредби, преминали изпитанието на обществения интерес, биха позволили това.

Although the risk is unknown, you may be more susceptible to tuberculosis while on infliximab. If you or any of your close family members have a history of tuberculosis you should advise your study doctor. You should also advise your study doctor if you have any reason to suspect that you may have been exposed to tuberculosis in the past, or at any time during your participation in this study. If you have a persistent cough, weight loss, tiredness, fever, chest pain, night sweats, or symptoms of any other infection tell your study doctor and family physician right away.
Your study doctor will examine you and perform a skin test to see if you have ever been exposed to tuberculosis. If you have a positive skin test, you may experience mild pain, itching and slight swelling at the site of the skin test. Additionally, since the skin test is applied under the skin with a small needle, you may have mild pain, bleeding, a change in skin color or bruising, and/or an infection at the place where the needle enters the skin from the tuberculosis test. If your skin test is positive for tuberculosis you will not be able to participate in this study. A chest x-ray will be taken to see if there is tuberculosis in your lungs.

Ако имате постоянна кашлица, загуба на тегло, умора, температура, болки в гърдите, нощни изпотявания или признаци на някаква друга инфекция, уведомете незабавно лекаря, ръководещ изследването или личния си лекар.
Лекарят, ръководещ изследването, ще ви прегледа и извърши изследване на кожата, за да установи дали сте били изложени на туберкулоза. Ако пробата ви е положителна, може да имате слаби болки, сърбеж и леко подуване в областта, където е направен тест на кожата. Positionieren des Antriebes

1. Das Tor komplett schließen
2. Schieben Sie den Antrieb mit der Flansch über das Ende der Achse. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Flansch die Lagerplatte nicht berührt. Überprüfen Sie, ob das Montagelager
auf einer soliden Oberfläche wie Holz, Beton oder einem Träger angebracht werden kann.
Ziehen Sie die Schrauben der Flansch handfest an, um den Antrieb ordentlich ausrichten zu können. Markieren Sie die Lagerlöcher. Es kann notwendig sein, die Achse zu kürzen wenn sie zu lang oder beschädigt ist.
3. Lösen Sie die Flanschschrauben und ziehen Sie den Antrieb wieder ab. Bohren Sie an den markierten Stellen 5mm Löcher vor. Wenn erforderlich durch die Stahlplatte bohren.
4. Den Antrieb wieder einsetzen indem Sie die Flansch über die Achse ziehen bis das Lager zur Vorbohrung ausgerichtet ist. Flanschschrauben, die an der Achse angebracht sind, mit Drehmoment 16Nm-19Nm sicher anziehen. Die Anschlagschrauben fest anziehen, ohne die Motoreinheit zu beschädigen.
5. Mit den 14-10x1-7/8“ Schrauben das Lager fest anschrauben. Alle Montageschrauben festschrauben.
Hinweis: Die Motoreinheit muss nicht bündig mit der Wand sein.
Warnung
Um mögliche schwere Verletzungen oder Tod zu verhindern:
- Betondübel MÜSSEN verwendet werden, wenn das Lager in das Mauerwerk montiert wird.
- Beauftragen Sie ausschließlich einen Torfachmann, wenn das Tor sich verbiegt, stockend läuft oder nicht ausbalanciert ist. Ein nicht ausbalanciertes Tor reversiert möglicherweise nicht, wenn erforderlich.
- Niemals versuchen Torfedern, Kabel , Seilrollen, Lager oder deren Kleinteile zu lockern, bewegen oder zu verstellen. All diese Bauteile stehen unter extremer Spannung.
- Der Antrieb MUSS im richtigen Winkel zur Drehstbfeder montiert werden um vorzeitige Abnutzung der Flansch zu verhindern. | Translation - Bulgarian

Позициониране на задвижващия механизъм

1. Вратата се затваря напълно
2. Бутнете задвижващия механизъм с фланеца над края на оста. Уверете се, че фланецът не докосва лагерната плоча. Проверете дали монтажният лагер може да бъде монтиран върху стабилна повърхност като дърво, бетон или носещ елемент.
Затегнете с ръка винтовете на фланеца, за да можете да подравните задвижването правилно. Маркирайте дупките на лагера. Може да е необходимо да се скъси оста, ако е прекалено дълга или повредена.
3. Отвинтете винтовете на фланеца и снемете отново задвижващия механизъм. Пробийте предварителни 5мм дупки на маркираните места. Ако е необходимо пробивайте през стоманената плоча.
4. Поставете отново задвижването, като изтегляте фланеца над оста, докато лагерът е подравнен за предварително пробиване. Винтовете на фланеца, които са прикрепени на оста, се затягат надеждно с въртящ момент 16 Nm - 19 Nm. Опорните (ограничителни) винтове се затягат до отказ, без да се поврежда двигателният блок.
5. С винтовете 14-10x1-7/8“ лагерът се затяга до отказ. Всички монтажни винтове се затягат до отказ.
Указание: Двигателният блок не трябва да лежи в една и съща равнина със стената.
Предупреждение
За да се предотвратят възможни тежки наранявания или смърт:
- Бетонови дюбели се използват, когато лагерът се монтира в зидария.
- Задължително потърсете специалист по вратите, ако вратата се криви, не върви гладко или не е балансирана. Една небалансирана врата е възможно да не реверсира, когато е необходимо.
- Никога не се опитвайте да разхлабвате, движите или размествате пружините на вратата, кабелите, ролките на въжетата, лагерите или техни части. Всички тези елементи се намират под изключително напрежение.
- Задвижващият механизъм ТРЯБВА да се монтира в правилния ъгъл към торзионния ресор, за да се предотврати преждевременно износване.

• Der Einbau einer Fehlerstromschutzeinrichtung mit einem Bemessungsauslösestrom von nicht mehr als 30 mA bietet weiteren Schutz. Lassen Sie den Einbau ausschließlich von einer Elektro-Fachkraft durchführen.
• Verwenden Sie für den Netzbetrieb nur das mitgelieferte Original-Steckernetzteil. Schließen Sie das Netzteil nur an eine gut erreichbare Steckdose an (Bild 1, Seite 4). Decken Sie das Steckernetzteil nicht ab, um eine unzulässige Erwärmung zu vermeiden.
• Prüfen Sie bitte das Steckernetzteil und den Rasierer regelmäßig auf eventuelle mechanische Defekte.
Tauschen Sie defekte Teile ggf. gegen ein Originalteil (Fachhandel) aus. Versuchen Sie niemals, ein defektes Gerät selbst zu reparieren! Lassen Sie Reparaturen nur von einem Fachhändler oder durch unser Service-Center (siehe Seite 18) durchführen.
• Bewahren Sie Rasierer und Steckernetzteil für Kinder unzugänglich auf.
• Setzen Sie den Rasierer nicht Temperaturen unter –10 °C oder über +40°C aus. Legen Sie den Rasierer nicht auf Heizkörpern oder Radiatoren ab (Bild 3, Seite 4).
• Verbrauchte oder defekte Akkus dürfen NICHT mit dem Hausmüll entsorgt werden!
Bringen Sie verbrauchte Akkus zu den dafür vorgesehenen Sammelstellen (siehe Kapitel 'Entsorgung')
