Article 9 – Garantie et service après-vente
9.1. Indépendance du Concessionnaire
Le Concessionnaire, commerçant indépendant, propriétaire de son fonds de commerce (le cas échéant), n'étant ni une filiale ni une succursale du Concédant, agit en son nom et sous sa seule responsabilité dans ses rapports avec les tiers. Il ne peut donc en aucune manière engager la responsabilité du Concédant du fait de son exploitation commerciale.
9.2. Garantie des produits par le Concédant
Le Concédant garantit les produits contre tout vice apparent ou caché, pendant une période de 12 mois à compter de leur date de facturation.

Article 9 – Guarantee and after-sales service
9.1. Distributor independence
The Distributor, independent retailer, owner of the company (if applicable), being neither a subsidiary nor a branch of the Licensor, act in their own name and under their own responsibility in their relationships with third parties. They can thus in no way incur the responsibility of the Licensor due to their own commercial operations.
9.2. Product guarantees by the Licensor
The Licensor guarantees the products against all apparent or hidden defects for a period of 12 months starting from the date they were invoiced.
