I am a degree holder from the School of Modern Languages for Translators and Interpreters of the University of Trieste. Since 2002 I am based in Dhaka, Bangladesh where I work for local industries (garments, leather, pharmaceutical), some NGOs, the Italian Embassy and the Ital-Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce and Industries .
I have been a in-house technical translator for a large localization company based in Cambridge UK where I have also gathered experience in project management.
Since 2003 I am the official translator for the Italian Embassy and the IBCCI and I have translated more than 20.000 papers including immigration papers, legal documents, insurance, adoption papers, contracts and all sorts of business correspondence.
I have also experience in Italian language teaching (Salford University, UK) and presently at the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
