B TESTBAY SAFETY POLICY
Note: All testing is to be conducted according to the following rules.
(1) Company Health and Safety policy and procedures are to be observed at all times.
(2) Only authorised test personnel are permitted to conduct testing.
(3) FGW non-test bay staff and visitors are only permitted in the test bays with the
permission of the Test Supervisor or Lead Operator on duty.
(4) All personnel entering and/or working in the test areas should adopt general safety
awareness for guarded and unguarded moving parts, for live unprotected areas and
hot surfaces.
(5) A “No Smoking” policy is enforced in all genset test areas including associated offices
and test store area.
(6) Designated walkways and Emergency Exits are to be kept clear at all times.
(7) Be alert for forklift trucks, cranes and other moving vehicles.
(8) Never walk under parts or materials suspended on overhead cranes.
(9) Overalls, safety boots, eye and ear protection and gloves must be worn when
necessary.
(10) All incidents likely to lead to injury or damage, or which have resulted in injury or
damage are to be reported in accordance with Health and Safety regulations.
(11) It is the responsibility of each employee to report all damaged or defective equipment
to the test Supervisor or Lead Operator on duty.
(12) For safety reasons the test bays, pre-test preparation area and strip down area must
be kept clean and tidy at all times.
(13) If a spillage occurs the material must be cleaned up immediately with reference to the
Safety Data sheets.
(14) During testing, occasions may arise when visitors and non-essential staff may be
asked to leave the test floor for safety reasons.
(15) When testing generators the correct double insulated test cables must be used at all
times.
(16) Re-configuring of test bay load banks and bus couplers must be carried out under the
supervision of the appropriate testbay Supervisor.
(17) Batteries, fuel and auxiliary power must be isolated before carrying out any repair
work to the generator.
If in doubt on any Health and Safety issues, ask the Test or Line Supervisor.

B BEZPEČNOSTNÍ PRAVIDLA TESTOVACÍHO PRACOVIŠTĚ
Poznámka: Veškeré testování musí být prováděno v souladu s následujícími pravidly.
(1) Vždy musí být dodržována pravidla a postupy společnosti o ochraně zdraví a bezpečnosti při práci.
(2) Testování smí provádět pouze povolaní pracovníci.
(3) Pracovníci z jiných sekcí FGW a návštěvníci mohou vstoupit na testovací pracoviště pouze se svolením supervizora testovacího pracoviště nebo vedoucího operátora ve službě.
(4) Všechny osoby vstupující a/nebo pracující v testovacích prostorách musí mít obecné bezpečnostní povědomí o řízených nebo neřízených pohyblivých dílech, živých nechráněných prostorách a horkých předmětech.
(5) Zákaz kouření je vyžadován ve všech prosorách testování generátorových sestav včetně příslušných kanceláří
(6) Vyznačené chodníky a únikové východy musí být udržovány vždy čisté.
(7) Pozor na vysokozdvižné vozíky, jeřáby a další pohybující se vozidla.
(8) Nikdy nevstupujte pod díly nebo materiál zavěšený na jeřábech.
(9) Kde je to nutné, musí být nošeny kombinézy, bezpečnostní obuv, ochrana očí a uší a rukavice.
(10) Všechny nehody, které mohou vést ke zranění nebo škodě, nebo vyústily ve zranění nebo škodu, musí být nahlášeny v souladu s Pravidly ochrany zdraví a bezpečnosti.
(11) Je odpovědností každého zaměstnance nahlásit každé poškození vybavení testovému supervizorovi nebo vedoucímu operátorovi ve službě.

(15) Během testování generátorů musí být vždy použity správné dvojitě izolované kabely.
(16) Přenastavení úložišť testovacího pracoviště a spojek přípojnic musí být prováděno pod dohledem příslušného supervizora testovacího pracoviště.
(17) Baterie, palivo a přídavné napájení musí být izolováno před provedením jakékoli opravy generátoru.
V případě pochybností ohledně záležitostí bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví se obraťte na supervizora linky nebo testovacího pracoviště.

The dropdown menus have been divided into two-dimensional panels with similar items grouped together under headings. This eliminates scrolling for those with smaller screens, and also improves readability. More information on the changes... Where is the "My ProZ.com" menu? Mouseover your name at the top of the screen. Here you will find information about your account, your email settings, and more. The "My ProZ.com" menu was moved up here to simplify the main navigation, and to keep all of this type of information together. I cannot find something If you are having trouble finding something with the new menu, please submit a support request.
