Source text - Spanish Cada ensayo del laberinto acuático durará 5 días, ensayándose juntos los animales del mismo período de administración.
Durante la realización de los ensayos, se colocarán 3 referencias de tamaño mayor (2 figuras opacas y un termohigrógrafo en la pared) y 3 figuras menores de trazo fino. El laberinto acuático será virtualmente fraccionado en 4 sectores o cuadrantes. Los animales se depositarán en un cuadrante del laberinto y se dejará que busquen la isla hasta un máximo de 100 segundos. En el momento en que el animal llegue a la isla finalizará el ensayo.
