Translation - English From that point on, the ministerial calendar, which was already tight, becomes almost impossible to carry out, since it anticipated that the universities would have the new lists ready in March or April to begin publicizing in May, and thus leave the door open so that the universities that wanted to could offer the next academic year the first course of the new undergraduate degrees. But these time periods seem incompatible with a serious development and quality guarantee of the new studies, especially when the Royal Decree doesn’t oblige their implementation until the academic year of 2010-2011.
Low consumption slows down large company sales
The fall of family consumption and the deceleration of the construction sector begin to take a toll on large companies. In October, the sales of these companies in Spain have increased by 2,2%, the smallest increase since the second trimester of 2002, according to the statistics of the Agencia Tributaria (Tributary Agency).

BRUSSELS.- The EU’s ministers of Foreign Affairs are close to reaching an agreement to recognize the independence of Kosovo, a Serbian province of Albanian majority, in February of 2008, just after celebrating the presidential elections. The only country that opposes this plan is Cyprus, which demands a resolution from the Security Council of the UN, according to the Luxembourg diplomacy chief, Jean Asselborn.

I'm currently residing in Madrid, Spain. Being exposed to Spanish as a child while living in the United States, my skills have now been honed to advanced level Spanish as a result of living in a Spanish-speaking environment for an extended period of time. I enjoy playing with words to find the best possible combination to convey best the meaning of any given phrase. I am studying a Bachelor's degree in natural health and medicine, and have studied esoteric sciences, music and literature, although I enjoy doing a variety of translations that cover other fields, such as publicity, art literature, etc.
