VORSTAND

Ihm obliegt die Leitung der XYZ AG.
Zu seinen Aufgaben zählen in erster Linie die Festlegung der strategischen Ausrichtung und Führung der Gesellschaft, die Planung sowie die Einrichtung und Überwachung eines Risikomanagementsystems.
Der Vorsitzende des Vorstands koordiniert die Arbeit des Gremiums.
Der Vorstand arbeitet eng mit dem Aufsichtsrat zusammen.

It provides regular, comprehensive and timely information to the Supervisory Board about the development of the Company's business, financial position and earnings, forecasts and target achievement, as well as strategy and existing risks.
Significant decisions made by the Executive Management Board require the consent of the Supervisory Board.
