ESD- Vorschriften beachten! Vorgehensweise wie in Arbeitsanweisung
... beschrieben einhalten.
• Arbeitsanweisung ... „Sicherheit in der Produktion“ muss beachtet werden.
• Material mit Hilfe der Stückliste und Maßblatt überprüfen.
• Es dürfen keine Teile mehr von anderen Aufträgen am Arbeitsplatz sein. (Verwechslungsgefahr)
• Alle Dokumente, für die unten aufgeführten Arbeitsgänge, müssen am Arbeitsplatz vorhanden und einsatzbereit sein.
• Vor Arbeitsbeginn kalten Prägestempel aus Warmprägeeinheit entnehmen und Fertigungsdatum (4-stellig / KW und Jahr) überprüfen, ggf. aktualisieren und im Meisterschalterprüfprotokoll bestätigen.
Achtung: Verbrennungsgefahr!!!!
• Schutzhaube und Schutztür auf Vorrichtung montieren.
• N.i.O.- Teilebehälter entleeren.

Înaintea începerii lucrului:
Se respectă instrucţiunile ESD (Descărcare electrostatică)! Modul de lucru va respecta instrucţiunea de lucru ....
• Se respectă instrucţiunea de lucru ... „Siguranţa în producţie“.
• Se verifică materialul cu ajutorul listei de componente şi a tabelului de caracteristici.
• La locul de muncă este interzisă prezenţa pieselor provenite de la comenzi diferite. (Pericol de confuzie)
• Toate documentele necesare pentru etapele de lucru prezentate mai jos trebuie să fie prezente la locul de muncă şi să fie disponibile pentru utilizare.
• Înaintea începerii lucrului se preia ştampila rece de imprimare din unitatea de imprimare la cald şi se verifică apoi data de fabricaţie (4 - caractere / săptămâna calendaristică şi anul), se actualizează, dacă este cazul, şi se confirmă apoi în protocolul de verificare a întrerupătorului principal de comandă.
Atenţie: Pericol de ardere!!!!
• Capacul şi uşa de protecţie se montează pe dispozitiv.
• Se goleşte recipientul de rebuturi.
