My name is Urte Orlanaite and i am a Lithuanian National living and working in Birmingham. I can speak and type fluent English and can speak and write basic Russian. I have been working in various call centres within Birmingham for the last 2 years, curently at Virgin Media where I work in an Inbound customer call centre, in which i am monitored monthly to ensure my calls i.e. customer care skills are at current standards. I do currently pass these monitorings.
I am extremely interested in pursuing a career in translation or interpretation, I currently do not have any first hand experience in the field but have had to act at work to interpret for customers. I would be interested in any type of work or work experience you have to offer and would be highly greatfull with whatever help you cabn offer me.
