I remember reading once that some fellows use language to conceal thought, but it's been my experience that a good many more use it instead of thought.
A businessman's conversation should be regulated by fewer and simpler rules than any other function of the human animal. They are:
Have something to say.
Say it.
Stop talking.
Beginning before you know what you want to say and keeping on after you have said it lands a merchant in a lawsuit or the poorhouse, and the first is a short cut to the second. I maintain a legal department here, and it costs a lot of money, but it's to keep me from going to law.
It's all right when you are calling on a girl or talking with friends after dinner to run a conversation like a Sunday-school excursion, with stops to pick flowers; but in the office your sentences should be the shortest distance possible between periods. Cut out the introduction and the peroration, and stop before you get to secondly. You've got to preach short sermons to catch sinners; and deacons won't believe they need long ones themselves. Give fools the first and women the last word. The meat's always in the middle of the sandwich. Of course, a light butter on either side of it doesn't do any harm if it's intended for a man who likes butter.
Remember, too, that it's easier to look wise than to talk wisdom. Say less than the other fellow and listen more than you talk; for when a man's listening he isn't telling on himself and he's flattering the fellow who is. Give most men a good listener and most women enough note-paper and they'll tell all they know. Money talks -- but not unless its owner has a loose tongue, and then its remarks are always offensive. Îmi aduc aminte că am citit cândva că unii oameni se folosesc de limbaj pentru a-şi ascunde gândurile, dar ştiu din experienţă că încă şi mai mulţi îl folosesc în loc de gândire.
Conversaţia unui om de afaceri ar trebui să fie guvernată de reguli mai puţine şi mai simple decât orice altă funcţie a animalului uman. Acestea sunt:
Să ai ceva de spus.
Să spui.
Să te opreşti din vorbit.
A începe înainte de a şti ce vrei să spui şi a continua să vorbeşti după ce ai spus-o trimite un comerciant fie la un proces, fie la azilul săracilor, şi primul este o scurtătură spre cel de-al doilea. Întreţin aici un serviciu juridic, care costă o mulţime de bani, dar o fac pentru a sta departe de tribunale.
Poţi purta o conversaţie ca o excursie de duminică cu şcoala, cu pauze pentru cules floricele, atunci când suni o domnişoară sau stai la o şuetă cu prietenii după cină; dar la birou frazele tale trebuie să reprezinte distanţa cea mai scurtă posibil dintre două puncte. Renunţă la introducere şi la peroraţie şi opreşte-te înainte de a ajunge la „în al doilea rând”. Trebuie să ţii predici scurte ca să-i prinzi pe păcătoşi; şi diaconii nu vor crede că ei au nevoie de unele lungi. Dă primul cuvânt nebunilor şi pe ultimul femeilor. C’est tout neuf, c’est tout nouveau, le statut d’auto-entrepreneur doit/devait révolutionner le web en permettant à tous de pouvoir faire du business… et de pouvoir déclarer pubs, petits travaux - et, pourquoi pas, générer du vrai business.
Je n’ai pour l’instant rien de vraiment précis en tête, mais j’ai toujours plein de projets et pourquoi pas de temps en temps des trucs qui pourraient générer du cash, donc je me dis: "tiens on va tester ça… en plus l’enregistrement peut se faire en ligne, ça devrait plutôt mieux se passer."
Le site est plutôt bien fait, même si certaines fois cela manque un peu d’explications pour les non-initiés (comme les différentes formes de régimes, etc…). On peut tout faire d’un coup en scannant une pièce d’identité.
Bon, le formulaire est assez trapu, pas mal de questions, des renseignements, etc… mais rien de dramatique.
Je remplis mon (gros) formulaire comme un gentil garçon bien sage.
Je reçois un email qui me confirme que mon dossier a bien été enregistré et que je recevrai d’autres infos un peu plus tard, alors j’attends… confiant.
Kouac - Activité non reconnue
Et là, surprise:
Mon dossier est refusé… j’envoie un email, j’essaye de les avoir au téléphone (toute une aventure, pas réussi d’ailleurs) et c’est grâce à l’aide de Dame Tartine que je trouve enfin l’explication:
Attention, l’application au 1er janvier 2009 ne concerne pas encore toutes les activitées : suite à un blocage avec la CIPAV, (caisse interprofessionnelle de prévoyance et d’assurance vieillesse) qui regroupe une très large partie des professions libérales, dont les ingénieurs-conseils et les informaticiens, beaucoup d’auto-entrepreneurs souhaitant travailler dans les nouvelles technologies ne peuvent accéder pleinement à ce régime. Faute de mieux, Novelli a promis de régler ce problème par le biais d’un amendement législatif.
Donc, si vous voulez être auto-entrepreneur dans les nouvelles technologies, deux solutions:
- attendre (et on sait pas combien de temps)
- mentir sur la nature réelle du travail | Translation - Romanian
Foarte proaspăt, nou-nouţ, statutul de întreprinzător independent trebuie / trebuia să revoluţioneze internetul, dând tuturor posibilitatea să facă afaceri... şi să poată declara reclame, lucrări mici – şi, de ce nu, să genereze afaceri adevărate.
Pentru moment nu am nimic precis în minte, dar am întotdeauna o mulţime de proiecte şi, de ce nu, din când în când, trucuri care ar putea produce bani, prin urmare îmi spun:… „hai să încercăm asta… în plus înregistrarea se poate face online, ar trebui să fie mai simplu.”
Site-ul este bine făcut, chiar dacă pe alocuri îi lipsesc câteva explicaţii pentru neiniţiaţi (cum ar fi diversele forme de organizare etc…). Totul se poate face repede, scanând un document de identitate.
În sfârşit, formularul este destul de stufos, conţine multe întrebări, informaţii etc… nimic exagerat însă.
Îmi completez formularul (mare) ca un băiat bun şi cuminte.
Primesc un email care îmi confirmă că dosarul meu a fost înregistrat şi că voi primi alte informaţii ceva mai târziu, prin urmare aştept… încrezător.
Zdrang – Activitate nerecunoscută
Şi apoi, surpriză:
Dosarul meu este refuzat… trimit un email, încerc să-i prind la telefon (o întreagă aventură, nereuşită de altfel) şi numai ajutat de Dame Tartine găsesc în sfârşit explicaţia:
Atenţie, la data de 1 ianuarie 2009 aplicaţia nu vizează încă toate activităţile: în urma unui blocaj cu CIPAV (casa interprofesională de pensii şi alte drepturi de asigurări sociale), care reuneşte o foarte mare parte din profesiile liberale, între care inginerii-consultanţi şi informaticienii, mulţi întreprinzători independenţi care doresc să lucreze în domeniul noilor tehnologii nu au acces deplin la această formă de organizare. În lipsa unei soluţii mai bune, Novelli a promis să rezolve această problemă prin intermediul unui amendament legislativ.
Deci, dacă doriţi să fiţi întreprinzători independenţi în domeniul noilor tehnologii, aveţi două soluţii:
- să aşteptaţi (şi nu se ştie pentru cât timp)
- să minţiţi cu privire la obiectul real de activitate
