The long-term fixed income and equities markets of the 1980s and 1990s performed very differenttly than the markets of the past two centuries. Whether recent trends will continue or not is an open question with essentially unknowable answers. However, the longer history indicates that it would be reasonable to expect both fixed income and equity returns to be lower.
A large number of recent scientific investment studies have focused on the equity risk premium paid by U.S. securities markets near the end of the 20th century. When compared to the previous one hundred and fifty years, real U.S. equity returns rose to an average of about 8% during the second half of the 20th century. Most of that increase was attributable to the 1980s and especially the 1990s, when annual real returns exceeded 15%.
Some of these studies attempt to explain why the equity prices rose substantially in the 1980s and 1990s in certain markets. Other studies ask whether the equity markets were properly priced or over-priced.

I always do my best to deliver high quality translations and be ahead of deadline. To achieve this I keep clear communication concerning the deadline and basic requirements from client.
I never take jobs which are beyond my capabilities. Therefore I usually ask my client to give me opportunity of taking a look at the source file before confirming to take it.
I am always open to post-translation questions, clarifications and support.
I always try to be easy to contact with, checking my email very often.
Also, I try to deliver a neat translation, meaning that the formatting of the target file be very similar to the source file.
My history as a translator is the following: I have been in translation starting 2003. I worked in an Insurance Company as a translator of new insurance policies in three languages. Then I continued my career as a freelance translator.
Having graduated from Yerevan State Institute of Economy (Faculty of Finance-Accounting, Securities Markets Specialist) I continued my education and was granted a Master Degree in American University of Armenia, School of Business and Management (Major in Finance- Accounting, Minor in: Management and Marketing).
Currently I am employed as a Clinical Data Manager in a company which works for Pfizer and other pharmaceutical companies. Simultaneously, I am seeking quotes to continue my career as a freelance translator.
During my years of Proz.com membership I have had a chance to work with numerous clients in a variety of fields and I would be happy to work with even more of them.
The following are my usual rates, which can be negotiable in case of a limited budget.
