Company and he died on 16.10.2004 and the plaintiffs are his only legal heirs.
PW-3 Sh. Balwant Singh stepped into witness box and he has stated that he is Vice President of Gram Panchayat Rehan. He knew deceased Malkiat Singh, who died on 16.10.2004 and he was working in a steel factory. He has further stated that the plaintiffs are his only legal heirs, who are entitled to all the benefits and estate of deceased Malkiat Singh. Besides, this plaintiffs have placed on record copy of Pariwar Register Ex. PX and copies of school certificate of minor daughters.

• Als Einzelperson bekommen Sie pro Monat maximal € 110,- Mietzuschuss und € 180,- Verpflegungsgeld.
• Als Familie bekommen Sie pro Monat maximal € 220,- Mietzuschuss, € 180,- Verpflegungsgeld für jeden Erwachsenen und € 80,- Verpflegungsgeld für jeden Minderjährigen (bis 18 Jahre).

18. Gelten für mich Hausordnungen?
Ja! Für organisierte Unterkünfte gibt es eine Hausordnung der Koordinationsstelle für Ausländerfragen.
Die Nichtbeachtung dieser Hausordnung kann zur Entlassung aus der Grundversorgung führen.
Bei Ihrem Einzug in eine Grundversorgungsunterkunft sollten Sie die Hausordnung in einer Ihnen verständlichen Sprache erhalten und diese auch unterschreiben. In Ihrem Interesse sollten Sie Ihre Pflichten aus der Hausordnung kennen und beachten.
19. Wie lange darf ich von einer organisierten Unterkunft abwesend sein?
Sie haben Ihren Quartiergeber über Abwesenheiten grundsätzlich zu informieren. Bei mehrmaliger Abwesenheit wird von der Koordinationsstelle für Ausländerfragen Ihre Hilfsbedürftigkeit in Frage gestellt. Bei längerer Abwesenheit als 3 Tage erfolgt automatisch die Abmeldung von der Grundversorgung (außer bei gemeldetem Aufenthalt im Krankenhaus).
RECHTLICHE ANGELEGENHEITEN
20. Was wird mir bei behördlichen Ladungen empfohlen?
Ladungen sollten in Ihrem Interesse unbedingt befolgt werden!!!!
Ansonsten kann es zu Nachteilen im Asylverfahren oder zur Einstellung der Grundversorgung führen. Werden Sie von Asylbehörden geladen, werden Ihnen die Fahrtkosten ersetzt.
Setzen Sie sich bei Ladungen dringend mit der für Sie zuständigen Betreuungsorganisation in Verbindung.

प्राथमिक आपूर्ति की जगह भर्ति होने पर निवास के नियम आपको समझ में आने वाली भाषा में दिए जाएंगे और आप इनपर दस्तख़त करेंगे. निवास के नियमों के अनुसार आपके दायित्व को जानना और निभाना आप के ही हित में है.
१९. किसी संस्था के निवास से मैं कितने समय तक अनुपस्थित हो सकता हूं?
मूलतः आपके आश्रयदाता को आप अपने अनुपस्थिति के बारे में बताना चाहिए. अक्सर अनुपस्थित होने पर Koordinationsstelle für Ausländerfragen से आपकी सहायता की स्थिति संदेहास्पद हो सकती है. ३ दिनों से अधिक समय तक अनुपस्थित होने पर प्राथमिक आपुर्ति से आपकी रजिस्ट्री स्वतः रद्द की जाएगी. (अस्पताल में रहने के रिपोर्ट के सिवाय).
