I am American translator/proofreader but I am well acquainted with the British dialect, having taught British English for 11 years and translated texts from German into British English for the past 8 years. I was raised bilingually: English/Spanish in Southern California. However most of my translation experience has been with German-English translations, since I've been living in Germany for more than 10 years.
I have a university degree from Vasser College in the US and was a student at Ludwig Maximillian's Universität in Munich. I also have a certificate from City University in London in translation.
I can accept payments with checks drawn from US banks and I have special US dollar rates available upon request!
I work in my office part-time (Mon-Fri 9-3pm), although I do work again in the evenings and on weekends to complete translation projects if necessary.
