He has achieved a BS degree in civil engineering, a Master of Sciences in Environmental Sanitation in 1996, and a Doctorate in Public Health in 2003. Also, since this very year an after-exam certification in ABRATES has qualified him to perform translations from English into Brazilian-Portuguese. He has lived, studied and worked abroad a number of times. His main computer is a 64bit PC wide band connected into the Internet. As main translator tools he uses MemoQ translator pro, its previous version 4.5.78, and Trados since 2002. He has also acquired SDL Trados Studio 2009.
