A medical doctor with academic background (B.A. degree) in biology and economics as well. A certified teacher of English as a second language.
Higher education completed in the USA and Austria, high school in Slovenia (International Baccalaureate).

TRANSLATION
Specialize in medicine/pharmacology/science. Activities: translation, proofreading, new translators review, interpreting [only medicine], teaching.

I've worked in research institutions and hospitals in the USA, Austria and Slovenia; hence, I am very familiar with the medical jargon in all three languages.

I translate and proofread medical reports, lab reports, clinical trials, serious adverse effects reports, pharmaceutical documents (SPC, PIL), research articles (a high volume of genetics and molecular biology texts), marketing brochures for medicinal products, marketing authorizations for medicinal products, medical questionnaires, journal articles, physical therapy texts and the like.

Languages spoken: English, Slovenian, German, Italian, Croatian and Hebrew (basic knowledge).

PRO BONO WORK
I do pro bono work for malpractice purposes. Patients filing lawsuits in Slovenia will be given preference. I may be contacted by individual patients or their legal representatives.
