The annual meeting of the Members shall be held on the first Monday in the month of March in each year beginning with the year 2008, at the hour of 11 o'clock in the A.M., for the purpose of electing Managers and if necessary, Officers, and for the transaction of such other business as may come before the meeting. If the day fixed for such meeting is a legal holiday in the State of Delaware, such meeting shall be held on the next succeeding business day. If such election shall not be held on the day designated herein for any annual meeting, or at any adjournment thereof the Members shall cause the election to be held at a special meeting of Members as soon thereafter as such meeting may be conveniently. | Translation - Portuguese
A assembléia ordinária anual de Sócios deverá ser realizada na primeira segunda-feira do mês de março de cada ano, a partir de 2008, às 11 horas, com o objetivo de eleger Gerentes e, se necessário, Diretores, e para a discussão de outros negócios que surjam antes da assembléia. Se a data marcada para tal assembléia for feriado no Estado de Delaware, esta deverá ser realizada no próximo dia útil. Se tal eleição não for realizada no dia indicado neste instrumento para realização de assembléia ordinária, ou em qualquer de seus adiamentos, os Sócios deverão fazer com que a eleição seja realizada, a partir de então, em assembléia extraordinária de Sócios, tão logo seja conveniente. |
