1. Follow all safety instructions and danger warnings on the machine. Ensure that all instructions are kept
legible.
2. Inspect the machine for visible damage and defects at least once every shift. If you notice any safetythreatening
alterations to the machine or its operating behaviour, stop the machine immediately and
notify your supervisor.
3. Do not attempt to modify the machine in any way which may impair its safety without first consulting
your machine dealer. This also applies to the installation of unchecked "safety devices".
4. Spare parts must comply with the technical requirements of the manufacturer. This is guaranteed for all
original PFT parts.
5. Only trained or authorized personnel should operate the machine. Clearly define the responsibilities of
the staff for operation, setup, maintenance and repairs.
6. Personnel undergoing training should only be allowed to operate the machine under the supervision of
experienced personnel.
7. All electrical work should be carried out by a qualified electrician or by trained personnel under the
supervision of a qualified electrician and should comply with electro-technical regulations.
8. Observe the operating instructions when turning the machine on and off. Watch control lamps for
signals.
9. When the machine is completely switched off for maintenance and repair work, measures must be
taken to ensure that it cannot be switched back on accidentally (for example, lock the main switch and
remove the key, or attach a warning sign to the main switch).
10. Before cleaning the machine with a water jet, seal all openings through which water could enter and
thereby impair the safety and proper functioning of the machine (electric motors and control boxes).

Osnovna sigurnosna uputstva
1. Slijedite sva sigurnosna uputstva i upozorenja o opasnosti koja se nalaze na stroju. Pobrinite se da sva uputstva budu čitljiva.
2. Pregledajte stroj zbog vidljivih oštećenja i nedostataka, barem jednom za vrijeme smjene. Ako na stroju opazite bilo kakve promjene koje predstavljaju prijetnju sigurnosti ili njegovim radnim sposobnostima, odmah zaustavite stroj i obavjestite nadzornika.
3. Ne pokušavajte mijenjati stroj na način koji bi mogao umanjiti sigurnost, a bez prethodne konzultacije s ovlaštenim zastupnikom. To se također odnosi na postavljanje neprovjerenih „sigurnosnih uređaja“.
4. Rezervni dijelovi moraju odgovarati tehničkim zahtjevima proizvođača. Svi originalni PFT dijelovi garantirano odgovaraju tehničkim zahtjevima.
5. Samo obučeno i ovlašteno osoblje ima dozvolu za rad sa strojem. Treba jasno definirati odgovornosti osoblja za rad, programiranje, održavanje i popravke.
6. Osoblje koje se još obučava smije raditi sa strojem jedino pod nadzorom iskusnog osoblja.
7. Sve električne radove mora izvoditi kvalificirani električar ili obučeno osoblje pod nadzorom električara i sve mora biti u skladu s elektrotehničkim pravilima.
8. Proučite radna uputstva kada uključujete ili isključujete stroj. Pratite kontrolne žaruljice.
9. Kada je stroj u potpunosti ugašen zbog održavanja i popravaka, morajuu se poduzeti mjere kako se stroj ne bi nehotično ponovno upalio (npr. postavite lokot na glavni prekidač i odstranite ključ, ili postavite znak upozorenja na glavni prekidač).
10. Prije čišćenja stroja mlazom vode, zabrtvite sve otvore kroz koje bi voda mogla prodrijeti i na taj način umanjiti sigurnost i funkcioniranje stroja (električni motori i kontrolne kutije). Odstranite sve navlake i pokrivače nakon čišćenja.
