Nebivolol hydrochloride is a potent and selective antagonist of (3r adrenergic receptors. It can be distinguished from other j3-adrenergic antagonists by its additional hemodynamic profile. More specifically, nebivolol induces vasodilation which is presumed to be due to the potentiation of the endothelium-dependent L-arginine/nitric oxide pathway. The P;-adrenergic antagonism is related to the d~enanti.om.er, while the . other favorable hemodynamic properties are related to the Z-enantiomer. At therapeutic doses, nebivolol hydrochloride is devoid of a-adrenergic activity or other pharmacodynamic actions. It has no intrinsic sympathomimetic activity.
Nebivolol hydrochloride is submitted for registration under the trade name . Nebilet™ for the treatment of essential hypertension. The proposed formulation is a tablet containing 5.45 mg (microfine) nebivolol hydrochloride equivalent to 5 mg nebivoloL The recommended therapeutic dose is 5 mg (one tablet) or 0.1 mg/kg body weight (bwt) daily.

wPRE-MARITAL AGREEMENT
BE IT KNOWN, this Agreement is entered into on __________________ (date) between __________ ("Prospective Wife") and ___________ ("Prospective Husband") (collectively, the "Parties").
WHEREAS, (i) the Parties contemplate legal marriage under the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, (ii) it is their mutual desire to enter into this Agreement so that they will continue to own and control their own property described in Schedules A and B attached, (iii) the Parties wish to establish their respective views regarding property that may be acquired during their marriage and (iv) the Parties are getting married because of their love for each other and their desire to be together, rather than to alter their financial situation through marriage or immigration status into the USA.
And HERETO, the Prospective Wife recently arrived in the USA under a K-1 Visa sponsored by the Prospective Husband,
And HERETO, several months prior to the Prospective Wife’s entry into the USA, the Parties discussed and mutually agreed to this Pre-Martial Agreement
THEREFORE, the following are agreed and secured in writing:
1. All property which belongs to each Party at this time, shall remain their personal estate.
2. The Prospective Wife and Prospective Husband have disclosed to each other of such property, as noted in Exhibits A and B. Said property, including all interest, rents, profits and any increases in value which may accrue, shall remain forever free of claim by the other.
3. The Parties shall have at all times the full right and authority, in all respects the same as each would have if not married, to use, sell, enjoy, manage, gift and convey all property that presently belongs to him or her.
4. Except as otherwise provided below or as otherwise provided in a Will, the Prospective Husband and Prospective Wife waive the right to share in each other's estates upon death.
5. In the event of separation or divorce, marital property acquired after marriage shall remain subject to division, either by mutual agreement or judicial determination.
6. In the event of a separation or divorce, except as provided by mutual agreement or judicial determination, the Parties shall have no right against each other by way of claims for support, alimony, maintenance, compensation or division of property existing as of this date.
7A. As the Prospective Wife does not currently have separate income and sufficient assets to independently provide for her own financial needs in the event of the untimely death of the Prospective Husband, at a minimum for the next five (5) years the Prospective Husband agrees to provide a life insurance policy with the Prospective Wife as beneficiary for an amount no less than $50,000.00 (fifty-thousand USD). In the event of a separation or divorce, the Prospective Husband’s obligation to provide such life insurance shall end.
7B. As the Prospective Wife does not currently have separate income and sufficient assets to independently provide for her own financial needs, the Prospective Husband agrees to provide a sum of $15,000.00 (fifteen-thousand USD) to the Prospective Wife in the event of separation or divorce, provided the separation or divorce is by no fault of her own.
8. This Agreement shall be binding and survive to the benefit of the Parties, their successors, assigns and personal representatives.
9. Each Party to this Agreement acknowledges that he or she, respectively: (a) is fully informed regarding the facts and subject matter of this Agreement, (b) is fully informed regarding the rights and liabilities of both Parties; (c) enters into this Agreement voluntarily; (d) has been provided a fair and reasonable disclosure of the property and financial obligations of the other; (e) has thought carefully regarding this Agreement; (f) has carefully read each provision of this Agreement; (g) fully understands each provision of this Agreement, both the subject matter and legal effect; and (h) has had the opportunity to obtain legal counsel of their own choosing.
10. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement of the Parties and may be modified only in writing executed by both Prospective Husband and Prospective Wife.
11. In the event it is determined that a provision of this Agreement is contrary to applicable law, then that provision is deemed separable from the rest of the Agreement, such that the remainder of the Agreement remains valid and enforceable.
12. The Parties agree that they will re-confirm this Agreement within sixty (60) days following their marriage.
13. This Agreement shall be enforced under the law of the State of Connecticut, USA, at the time of the execution of this Agreement.

3. Стороны всегда будут иметь полное право и власть, во всех отношениях такие же, какие каждая из Сторон имела бы, если бы не вступила в брак, на то, чтобы использовать, продавать, владеть, распоряжаться, дарить и передавать всю собственность, принадлежащую ему или ей в настоящее время.
4. За исключением иначе оговоренного ниже либо иначе предусмотренного в завещании, Будущий Муж и Будущая Жена отказываются от права принимать участие в наследовании собственности друг друга в случае смерти.
5. В случае расставания или развода, собственность, приобретенная после вступления в брак, будет разделена либо по взаимному согласию, либо по решению суда.
6. В случае расставания или развода, за исключением случаев, предусмотренных взаимным согласием или решением суда, Стороны не имеют права предъявлять взаимные претензии на помощь, алименты, содержание, компенсацию либо раздел имущества, имеющегося на момент подписания настоящего Соглашения.
7. А. Поскольку Будущая Жена в настоящее время не имеет собственного заработка и достаточных средств для того, чтобы обеспечить свои финансовые потребности, в случае преждевременной смерти Будущего мужа в течение не менее пяти (5) лет по соглашению с Будущим Мужем ей будет предоставлен полис страхования жизни, согласно которому Будущая Жена будет застрахована на сумму не менее, чем 50 000 (пятьдесят тысяч) долларов США. В случае расставания или развода Будущий муж не будет обязан предоставить ей страхование жизни.
7. В. Поскольку Будущая Жена в настоящее время не имеет собственного заработка и достаточных средств для обеспечения своих финансовых потребностей, Будущий Муж согласен предоставить сумму в 15 000 USD (пятнадцать тысяч долларов США) Будущей Жене в случае расставания или развода, если расставание или развод произошли не по её вине.
8. Настоящее Соглашение является обязательным и сохраняет свою силу в интересах Сторон, их наследников, правопреемников и личных представителей.
9. Каждая из Сторон, участвующих в настоящем Соглашении, признаёт, что он или она, соответственно, (а) полностью информирован(а) о факте наличия и содержании настоящего Соглашения, (б) полностью информирован(а) о правах и обязательствах обеих Сторон, (в) заключает настоящее Соглашение добровольно, (г) получил(а) объективную и обоснованную информацию касательно собственности и финансовых обязательств другой Стороны, (д) тщательно обдумал(а) Соглашение, (е) тщательно прочитал(а) каждое условие Соглашения, (ж) полностью понимает каждое условие Соглашения, как саму суть оговариваемых вопросов, так и юридические последствия; и (з) имел(а) возможность проконсультироваться с юристом, которого выбрал(а) сам(а).
10. Настоящее Соглашение носит исчерпывающий характер и может быть изменено только письменно с участием обеих Сторон.
11. В случае, если будет установлено, что какое-либо из условий настоящего Соглашения противоречит действующему законодательству, это условие считается отделённым от Соглашения, таким образом, что оставшееся Соглашение остаётся в силе.
12. Стороны соглашаются подтвердить настоящее Соглашение в течение шестидесяти (60) дней после вступления в брак.
13. В соответствии с законом штата Коннектикут, США, Соглашение вступает в исполнение в момент его подписания.
