Eğitimin ve teknolojinin bu kadar iç içe olduğu bir süreçte sosyal bilgiler dersinde, bilgisayara dayalı teknoloji kullanımı konusunda neler yapılmaktadır? Öncelikle sosyal bilgilerin tanımını yapmak gerekir. Barth; Demirtaş (1997) sosyal bilgiler, “insan ilişkilerini göz önünde tutarak, insanların toplumsal ve fiziksel çevreleri ile olan ilişkilerini inceleyen bilim” olarak tanımlamışlardır (Barth; Demirtaş, 1997: 1.6).
Tanımda yer alan “insanların, toplumsal ve fiziksel çevreleri ile olan ilişkileri”, bilgi çağında teknolojiden bağımsız olarak sağlanamaz. Bu nedenle, Türkiye’de uygulanmakta olan sosyal bilgiler programının amaçları arasında yer alan, “bilim ve teknolojinin gelişim sürecini ve toplumsal yaşam üzerindeki etkilerini kavrayarak bilgi ve iletişim teknolojilerini kullanır” ifadesi, teknoloji okur-yazarlığı ile sosyal bilgiler dersinin öğretimini bütünleştiren bir amaçtır (MEB, 2005: madde: 11).
Zevin (2000) göre sosyal bilgiler dersinin öğretiminde, genel olarak şunlar amaçlanır; 1) öğretici (didaktik) amaçlar: bilginin kazandırılması 2) yansıtıcı amaçlar: muhakeme yeteneğini geliştirme, 3) duyuşsal amaçlar: karar verme becerisinin gelişmesi. İdeal olan bu amaçlar arasında bir dengenin kurulmasıdır (Zevin, 2000: 17-18).

Which attempts are made about using computer-based technology in social studies lesson in this course of time, in which education and technology are such combined with each other? First of all, the definition of social studies must be stated. Barth; Demirtaş (1997) defined social studies as “science which studies relations of human beings with their social and physical environment considering the human relations” (Barth; Demirtaş, 1997: 1.6).
“Relations of human beings with social and physical environment”, given in the definition, can not be achieved separate from technology in the age of information. Therefore, the statement that “understanding the development process of science and technology, and their impacts on social life, it makes use of information and communication technologies” which is among the goals of social studies program being implemented in Turkey is an objective that integrates technology literacy into social studies teaching (MEB, 2005: Article 11).
According to Zevin (2000) these listed are generally aimed in teaching social studies lesson; 1) instructive (didactic) purposes: ensuring knowledge, 2) reflective purposes: developing judgment skills, 3) affective purposes: development of decision-making skill. What is ideal is establishing a balance between these purposes (Zevin, 2000: 17-18).

Trade in tobacco is important for the EU. In 2000-2002, the EU15 imported, in value, 34.7%
of the unmanufactured tobacco traded in the world, but only 5.4% of the manufactured
tobacco. At the same time, the EU15 exports represent almost 20% of manufactured and
7.6% of unmanufactured tobacco worldwide1. This is because the local production of raw
tobacco is inadequate in quality and quantity to satisfy the needs of the manufacturers.
Of the 350,000 t of raw tobacco produced in the EU15, 55% is exported1.The EU15 imports
annually more than 500,000 t, or the equivalent of 160% of its production1. Most of the
tobacco used in the EU for manufacturing cigarettes is imported; the manufactured cigarettes
are either exported or consumed in the EU.

laying down detailed rules of application concerning the documents
accompanying the carriage of wine products and the records to be
kept in the wine sector
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,
Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,
Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 1493/1999 of 17 May
1999 on the common organisation of the market in wine (1), as
amended by Regulation (EC) No 2826/2000 (2) and in particular Article
70(3) thereof,
Whereas:
(1) In view of the establishment of the single market in the Community,
which entails the abolition of boundaries between Member
States, the authorities responsible for supervising the stocking
and marketing of wine products must have the necessary means
to carry out effective checks in accordance with uniform rules
laid down at Community level.
(2) Under Article 70(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1493/1999, wine
products may be put into circulation within the Community
only if accompanied by an officially checked accompanying
document. Under Article 70(2) natural or legal persons who
hold wine products are to be obliged to keep goods inwards
and outwards registers in respect of those products.

Bu çalışmada Azerbaycan, Kazakistan, Kırgızistan, Türkmenistan ve Özbekistan Türk Cumhuriyetleri’nde serbest piyasa ekonomisine geçiş süreci, bankacılık sektörü ve finansal sektörler açısından incelenmektedir. Bu sektörlere yönelik olarak gerçekleştirilen yapısal reformların yeterlilik seviyesinin ve bir ekonomide güvenilirliğin ve gerçekleşmesi muhtemel krizlerin habercisi olan göstergeler itibariyle finansal piyasalardaki kırılganlık düzeyinin ortaya konulması amaçlanmaktadır.

Globalization and regional integration tendencies throughout the world have made structural changes in banking and financial sectors necessary in many developed and developing countries. The fact that developing countries implement financial liberalization without ensuring macro economic stabilization can lead them into experiencing also financial crises generating dramatic economic and social costs.
In this study, the process of transition to free market economy in Turkic Republics of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kırghizistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan is assessed with respect to banking and financial sectors. It is aimed that the efficiency of specific structural reforms realized in these sectors and the fragility level of the financial markets, considering the indicators that are signs of reliability and probable crises in an economy, are set forth.

• L’elettropompa, del tipo centrifugo, autoadescante, con sistema "Jet" con tubo venturi inserito nel corpo pompa, a uno stadio (JET, NEWJET, JETINOX, PURA) o multistadio con ricircolo interno per le versioni (MULTINOX A, MULTINOX AP).
L’elettropompa è azionata da un motore elettrico asincrono, in esecuzione completamente chiusa, raffreddato ad aria. Pompa e motore sono assemblati monoblocco con un albero comune provvisto di dispositivo di tenuta meccanica.
• Il vaso di accumulo è collegato alla mandata dell’elettropompa mediante una tubazione flessibile ed un raccordo multiplo. Il vaso di accumulo è normalmente del tipo a membrana con precarica ad aria compressa a 1,5 bar e consente di avere a disposizione una riserva d’acqua oltre ad ammortizzare i colpi d’ariete e le variazioni di pressione improvvise e le dilatazioni termiche delle tubazioni.
In alcune versioni il vaso di accumulo può essere montato direttamente, in verticale, sulla bocca di mandata della pompa, utilizzando il raccordo multiplo appropriato.
• Il pressostato, di tipo a differenziale è installato sul raccordo multiplo, per il controllo della pressione di accensione e di spegnimento dell’elettropompa.
Il pressostato è preregolato in fabbrica con pressione minima di partenza di 2 bar e pressione massima di stop di 3 bar, rendendo così il funzionamento del gruppo completamente automatico.

Bazı modellerde akümülatör uygun bir çoklu bağlıyıcı kullanılarak dikey şekilde doğrudan pompa gövdesine monte edilebilir.
• Diferansiyel basınç anahtarı, elektrikli pompanın açılma ve kapanma basınçlarını kontrol etmek için çoklu bağlayıcı üzerine kuruludur.
Basınç anahtarının fabrika ayarları, minimum 2 bar ile çalışmaya başlayacak ve maksimum 3 bar ile duracak şekilde yapılmış olup bu şekilde basınç ünitesinin işlevini tamamen otomatik olarak yerine getirmesini sağlar.
