CESIÓN DE IMAGEN
Por medio del presente autorizo a XXX y a XXX y sus respectivas casas matrices, afiliadas, subsidiarias, concesionarias, sucesores y asignatarias a hacer uso de mi imagen en el Programa.
A tal efecto, acepto y declaro bajo juramento que:
1. Acepto que XXX y/o XXX realicen filmaciones, grabaciones y tomen fotografías de mi persona, graben mi voz, conversación, dichos, hechos y sonidos durante y en conexión con mi presentación en el Programa (en adelante, el “Material”) y que XXX y/o XXX serán los dueños exclusivos de los resultados y ganancias de tal Material con el derecho, en todo el mundo, al registro de la propiedad intelectual que corresponda, al uso, repeticiones y otorgamiento de permisos para que otros lo usen, en cualquier forma, mediante cualquier medio (visual, audio u otra incluyendo presentaciones por televisión por aire, antena, cable, satélite, telefonía celular, cine, internet, transmisión de datos, medios gráficos), en su totalidad o en una porción o una reproducción de ella, en relación con el Programa o de cualquier otra forma, no encontrándose dicha autorización limitada a la República Argentina.
2. Acepto que XXX y/o XXX se reservan el derecho de emisión de las filmaciones, grabaciones e imágenes, no existiendo a su cargo obligación de emitir dicho material. La falta de emisión del material no generará derecho de indemnización alguna a mi favor.
3. Por la presente renuncio a mi derecho de inspección o aprobación del material resultante de mi presentación y de la participación del Invento en el Programa y/o de los usos que de tal Material se haga.

ASSIGNMENT OF IMAGE
I hereby authorize XXX, XXX and their respective headquarters, branches, subsidiaries, licensees, successors and assigns to make use of my image in the Program.
For this purpose, I accept and state under oath that:
1. I accept that XXX and/or XXX shoot, record and photograph me, record my voice, conversations, words, actions and sounds during my presentation in the Program and in connection therewith (hereinafter the "Material") and that XXX and/or XXX will have exclusive ownership of the results and profits of such Material. This ownership implies the right, in every part of the world, to register the corresponding intellectual property, to use and repeat the Material, and to give third parties the authorization to use it, in any form, through all means of communication (visual, audio, or others including broadcast, antenna and cable TV, satellite transmission, cellular phone, motion picture, internet, data transmission, graphical media) in whole, in part or as a reproduction, in relation to the Program or in any other form. Such authorization is not limited to Argentina.
2. I agree that XXX and/or XXX maintain the right to broadcast the shootings, recordings and images, and that they are not obliged to broadcast such material. The lack of broadcast will not entitle me to any compensation.
3. I hereby waive my right to inspect and approve the material resulting from my presentation, the participation of the Invention in the Program and/or any uses of such Material which may be made.
