Nothing is left to chance here. No doubts are left in the air or hidden away in the translated text without comment. We operate a policy of pro-active consultation with the customer, and usually provide a mini-report as an added-value feature, in order to make clear how any non-translation problems have been dealt with - e.g. strange in-house acronyms or abbreviations used by the end customer or other cryptic in-house references etc. - or simply to tactfully bring the end customer's attention to mistakes or omissions in the ORIGINAL text which, after all, may also be sent out commercially - faulty page-numbering, spelling etc., which we would correct as a matter of course.
