Source text - English This agreement is made by and between Juan and Pedro engaged in the busuness of cars, as co-partners, under the name of JC Cars.
The purpose of these agreement is to provide (a) for the purchase of the interest in the partnership of a deceased partner by the surviving partner at a price fairly established, and (b) funds for such purchase.
In consideration to the mutual agreements, as hereinafter set forth, each partner hereby agrees as follows:
