Although outbreaks of disease, naturally occurring, and human-caused disasters are relatively rare, we know that they do occur. It is, therefore, important that we all take steps to be prepared, to have written disaster plans, put together our disaster supply kits, and be prepared in other physical ways for a disaster.
Another important component of preparedness and planning is mental health. How can you prepare and plan for a disaster so that you may experience it and recover from it in a way that promotes your growth and that of others? Preparedness includes not only the essential actions and information-gathering referenced above, but mental health as well. Being prepared can reduce fear, anxiety, and losses that accompany disasters.

Si bien los brotes naturales de enfermedades y los desastres causados por el hombre son relativamente raros, sabemos que éstos ocurren. Es por ello importante que todos adoptemos medidas para estar preparados, que hayamos escrito planes contra desastres, reunido y organizado nuestros equipos de suministro y que estemos preparados de varias formas en lo referente al aspecto material para afrontar un desastre.
Otro componente importante de la preparación y planificación es la salud mental.
¿Cómo se puede Ud. preparar y planificar en caso de un desastre, de tal manera que su vivencia y recuperación del mismo se produzca de una forma que promueva su crecimiento y el de los demás? La preparación incluye no solamente las acciones esenciales y la recopilación de la información mencionada arriba, sino también el aspecto de la salud mental. Estar preparado puede reducir el miedo, ansiedad y las pérdidas que generalmente acompañan a estos desastres.

A. Subfloor shall be dry, clean, smooth, level, and structurally sound. They should be free of dust, solvent, paint, wax, oil, grease, asphalt, sealers, curing and hardening compounds, alkaline salts, old adhesive residue and other extraneous materials, according to ASTM F710.
B. Subfloor should be smooth to prevent irregularities, roughness, or other defects from telegraphing through the new flooring. The surface should be flat to the equivalent of 3/16" (4.8 mm) in 10 feet (3.0 m).
C. Always allow patching materials to dry thor oughly and install accor ding to the manufacturer’s instructions. Excessive moisture in patching material may cause bonding problems or a bubbling reaction with the XXXX adhesive | Translation - Spanish
