Source text - English Significant accounting policies FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS (IAS 32 AND 39) In the financial statements, financial assets and liabilities are treated in accordance with IAS 39 as endorsed by the European Commission on 19 November 2004, together with EC regulations 1751/2005 of 25 October 2005 and 1864/2005 of 15 November 2005 on use of the fair value option. The effective interest rate is the rate that exactly discounts estimated future cash payments or receipts through the expected life of the financial instrument or, when appropriate, a shorter period, to obtain the net carrying amount of the financial asset or financial liability. Fair value is the amount for which an asset could be exchanged, or a liability settled, between knowledgeable, willing parties in an arm's length transaction. Market-quoted rates provide the best estimate of fair value for financial instruments quoted in an active market. For financial instruments that are not quoted in an active market, fair value is determined using recognised valuation techniques based on observable and non observable market data. Securities Classification of financial assets Under IAS 39, financial assets are divided into four categories: - financial assets at fair value through profit or loss classified as held for trading and financial assets designated as at fair value through profit or loss; - available-for-sale financial assets; - held-to-maturity investments; - loans and receivables. Efektywna stopa procentowa to stopa, która dokładnie dyskontuje oczekiwane przyszłe pieniężne wpływy lub płatności dokonywane w oczekiwanym okresie do wygaśnięcia instrumentu finansowego, a w uzasadnionych przypadkach w okresie krótszym, do bilansowej wartości netto składnika aktywów lub zobowiązania finansowego. Wartość godziwa to kwota, za jaką na warunkach rynkowych składnik aktywów mógłby zostać wymieniony, a zobowiązanie zaspokojone, pomiędzy zainteresowanymi i dobrze poinformowanymi stronami transakcji. Stawki rynkowe stanowią najlepszy sposób oszacowania wartości godziwej instrumentów finansowych notowanych na rynku aktywnym. W przypadku instrumentów finansowych nienotowanych na rynku aktywnym wartość godziwa jest określana przy użyciu uznanych technik wyceny na podstawie dających się zaobserwować i niedających się zaobserwować rynkowych. Source text - Italian POLITICHE DELLA SOCIETA’ IN MATERIA DI GESTIONE DEI RISCHI - In relazione all’informativa richiesta ai sensi dell’art. 2428 2° comma numero 6 bis) Codice Civile si riportano di seguito le valutazioni e le politiche che la Società adotta in materia di esposizione e copertura dei rischi: Copertura del rischio di variazione dei tassi di interesse: i flussi di cassa e la liquidità della Società sono gestite con l’obiettivo di garantire un’efficace ed efficiente gestione delle risorse finanziarie. Inoltre gli Amministratori non si attendono scadenze dei debiti finanziari significativamente differenti da quelle previste contrattualmente. La Società non fa uso di strumenti per gestire il rischio finanziario in quanto non ne ricorrono i presupposti. Copertura del rischio valutario: la Società non è soggetta a rischio di cambio in quanto utilizza esclusivamente l‘Euro quale divisa di riferimento per le proprie transazioni. Spółka nie korzysta z instrumentów zarządzania ryzykiem finansowym, ponieważ nie przewiduje powstania takiego ryzyka. Ryzyko walutowe: Spółka nie jest narażona na ryzyko walutowe, ponieważ w swojej działalności używa wyłącznie euro jako waluty referencyjnej w wszystkich transakcjach. Ryzyko kredytowe: Procedury Spółki przewidują przeprowadzanie okresowych szacunków i weryfikacji, których celem jest jak najwcześniejsze wykrycie przesłanek wskazujących na pogorszenie się jakości należności. Z uwagi na rodzaj klientów, Spółka nadal stosuje ubezpieczenie jako instrument zabezpieczający należności z tytułu dostaw i usług.
