I was born and raised in New Zealand by British parents. I have lived and worked in a number of countries including Ireland,France, Germany and Sweden, where I now reside.

My translation work has been in a range fields including energy and electricity production, telecommunications, mining, philately and tourism, although most of my work is with general business translations.

I have studied Commerce, Psychology and Sociology at the University of Auckland, New Zealand and in Sweden my studies have been focused on languages and linguistics at Luleå University.

I also have extensive experience in language teaching both within the Swedish school system and in the private sector.
