1. OFFER EXPIRATION AND DURATION OF THE CONTRACT
The current offer is valid for a period of 30 days starting from the acceptance date; after this date it is necessary to renegotiate the offer contents.
2. ACCEPTANCE
To accept the project it is necessary to sign the attached proposal and send a copy to the Senior Manager who is responsible for project implementation and all business contact with your Company.
Due to ISO 9001 certification of Cegos activities, it is necessary to have the formal project acceptance in order to commence strategy implementation. In this case we will not start any activity before the contract has been signed.
3. TERMS OF PAYMENT
The indicated values do not include VAT taxes nor travel & living costs which will be agreed upon before the project start date.

La presente offerta ha validità 30 giorni dalla data di presentazione; dopo tale data i contenuti e le valorizzazioni indicati in questo progetto saranno da rinegoziare.
2. ACCETTAZIONE
Per l’accettazione, il Cliente dovrà inviare la sezione “Summary” debitamente sottoscritta, indicando anche il nominativo del Responsabile interno del Progetto a cui Cegos farà riferimento per qualsiasi necessità. L’accettazione può avvenire in alternativa con una Vs richiesta di acquisto (ordine) comprensivo dei dati identificativi della presente proposta.
L’accettazione deve pervenire per tempo, per una corretta pianificazione dell’intervento. Per procedure interne di auditing e Iso 9001, non potranno essere avviate attività operative senza la ricezione del documento di accettazione.
3. CONDIZIONI DI PAGAMENTO
I valori indicati sono al netto dell’IVA e delle eventuali spese vive necessarie all’espletamento dell’incarico che saranno con Voi, preventivamente concordate.

Natura incontaminata, cielo limpido e mare blu sono lo scenario ideale per l’estate di Carlo Pignatelli Outside. Lo stilista si è ispirato ai marines di stanza alle Hawaii che indossano candidi completi quando sono in libera uscita, o che preferiscono sfoggiare tuniche al posto delle camicie. Tutte le sfumature dell’oceano si riverberano sugli abiti e, a sorpresa, spuntano sontuose pennellate di rosa. I ricami rimandano a grafismi japan.
Kimono in seta preziosa, gilet ricamati e pantaloni morbidi rileggono gli stilemi giapponesi dedicati alla bellezza maschile.

Between sky and sea
Unpolluted nature, clear skies and blue seas are the perfect scenario for the Carlo Pignatelli Outside summer. The designer has been inspired by the marines stationed in Hawaii, who wear impeccable outfits for their free time, or prefer to wear tunics instead of shirts. All the shades of the ocean are reflected in the garments and, every now and then, sumptuous brush strokes of pink appear. The embroideries recall Japanese graphics.
Kimonos in precious silks, embroidered gilet and soft pants re-read the Japanese stylistic features dedicated to masculine beauty.
