A Víz Keretirányelv:
Az élővizek használata életünk egyik legfontosabb, ugyanakkor költségekkel is járó eleme. Ez az erőforrás azonban nem áll korlátlanul a rendelkezésünkre.
Ez a felismerés vezetett az Európai Unióban a 2000/60/EK számú irányelv megalkotásához, mely a vízvédelmi politika terén a közösségi fellépés kereteinek meghatározásáról szól, és amely a hétköznapi gyakorlatban Víz Keretirányelv (rövidítve VKI) néven vált közismertté. A VKI hazai jogrendbe ültetése 2003-2004 folyamán megtörtént.
A Keretirányelv nevéből fakadóan „keretet” kíván biztosítani a Közösség édesvízzel kapcsolatos szabályozásának, lefektetve egy új vízügyi politika alapjait, azzal a céllal, hogy az európai vizek jó állapotot érjenek el 2015-re.
A Keretirányelv szerint a „jó állapot” nemcsak a víz tisztaságát jelenti, hanem a vízhez kötődő élőhelyek minél természetesebb állapotát, illetve a megfelelő vízmennyiséget is. A jó ökológiai állapot eléréséhez szükséges intézkedéseket azonban össze kell hangolni az árvízi vagy belvízi védekezéssel, a településfejlesztési elképzelésekkel, legyen szó szennyvízkezelésről, az ivóvíz kérdéséről, vagy a vízi közlekedés esetleges fejlesztési elképzeléseiről. A különböző tervek összehangolását csak úgy lehet elérni, ha az önkormányzatok, a területen működő különböző érdekcsoportok (ipari, mezőgazdasági és egyéb vízhasználók, természetvédő szervezetek, stb.) is részt vesznek az intézkedések tervezési folyamatában.

The Water Framework Directive:
Using live waters is one of the main elements of our lives, entailing certain costs as well. However, this resource is not available infinitely.
In the European Union, this recognition has led to the creation of the Directive 2000/60/EC establishing a framework for Community action in the field of water protection policy. This Directive is commonly known as the Water Framework Directive (abbreviated as WFD). The Water Framework Directive was adapted to the Hungarian legal system in 2003 and 2004.
The purpose of this Directive is to establish a framework for the control of freshwater within the Community, laying down the bases of a new water policy in order to ensure good status for European waters by 2015.
According to the Water Framework Directive, “good status” refers not only to the cleanness of water but also to the natural state of habitats connecting to the water, and the necessary quantity of water. Measures required to achieve good ecological status have to be harmonised with the protection against floods and inland waters, schemes on settlement development including waste-water treatment, issues with drinking water and plans to improve the traffic on water. The different plans can only be matched if local governments and interest groups of different fields (such as industry, agriculture, other users of water, organisations of nature conservation) are also involved in the planning procedure of the measures.

Általános szállítási és fizetési feltételek
I. Érvényesség/ árajánlatok
1. Ezek az általános szállítási és fizetési feltételek érvényesek minden olyan közjogi és a közjogi különvagyoni szerződésekre – a jövőben is – amelyeket vállalatokkal, jogi személyekkel kötöttek a szállításokról és egyéb szolgáltatásokról beleértve a vállalkozási szerződéseket, tanácsadásokat, javaslatokat és egyéb mellékszolgáltatásokat. Áruelosztás esetén kiegészítőleg a megbízott szállító vállalat árlistájával kapcsolatos feltételek is érvényesek. A vevő vásárlói követeléseit akkor sem tekintik elismertnek, ha mi a vevőnél a hozzánk történő beérkezés után nyomatékosan nem tiltakoztunk.
2. Ajánlataink kötelezettség nélküliek. Alkalmazottainkkal kötött szóbeli megállapodások, ígéretek, jótállások és garanciák a szerződés megkötésével kapcsolatban csak írásos igazolásunk által válnak kötelező érvényűvé.
3. A kereskedelmi kitételek értelmezésekor kétségek esetén az Incoterms mindenkori legújabb változata az irányadó.
4. Minden a mintakönyvben, az árlistában és egyéb nyomtatott anyagon szereplő adat, méret, súly, ábra, leírás, szerelési vázlat és rajz csak megközelítő adatként szolgál, azonban amennyire csak lehet azok helytállóak, részünkről azonban kötelezettség nélküliek. Ugyanez érvényes a tevékenységekkel kapcsolatos adatokra is. A modellek és rajzok a mi tulajdonunkban maradnak.
5. Ezeknek a feltételeknek az értelmében a vállalkozási szerződéseknél a „vevő” a „megrendelő” is.
II. Árak
1. Az árak a gyárban vagy raktárban átvéve értendőek a fuvarköltségek és a forgalmi adó hozzászámításával.
2. Amennyiben erről másként nem állapodnak meg, a szerződéskötéskor érvényben lévő árak és feltételek érvényesek.
3. Amennyiben a szerződés megkötése után, több mint négy héttel később a megállapodás szerinti árra vonatkozó adatok vagy idegen költségek megváltoznak, vagy újak merülnek fel, jogosultak vagyunk megfelelő mértékben változtatni az árat.
Fenntartjuk a jogot arra, hogy a még nem leszállított mennyiségre vonatkozóan a megállapodás szerinti árat megemeljük, ha a nyersanyag és/vagy gazdasági helyzet változásai olyan körülményeket teremtenek, amely a szóban forgó termék előállítását és/vagy beszerzését a megállapodás szerinti árhoz viszonyítva jelentősen megdrágítja. Ebben az esetben az áremelésről történt tájékoztatás után az ügyfél négy héten belül az általa tett megbízásokat törölheti.

General terms of delivery and payment
I. Validity / price quotations
1. The general terms of delivery and payment specified hereunder are valid for all public law contracts and separate property contracts under public law that were or shall be concluded with companies or legal entities on delivery and other services including business agreements, counselling, proposals and other additional services. In case of distributive trade of goods, the terms relating to the price quotation of the supplier company are valid as well. The customers’ claims shall not be considered as acknowledged even if we do not make any objections after receiving the complaints.
2. Our offers shall not be regarded as obligations. Any verbal agreements concluded with our employees or any promises, warranties and guarantees assured by them shall become binding after being confirmed in writing.
3. In case of a doubtful interpretation of a commercial term, the latest version of Incoterms shall be governing.
4. Each data relating to size and weight, as well as figures, specifications, construction diagrams and drafts presented in the pattern book, price list or any other printed material are approximative. Although they are as accurate as possible, we shall not accept any liabilities in connection with them. The same applies to data on activities. Models and drawings shall remain in our property.
5. In terms of these conditions, buyer and customer shall signify the same when business agreements are concerned.
II. Prices
4. Prices are ex factory or ex store including transport charges and sales tax.
5. Unless agreed otherwise, the prices and conditions being in force at the time of the conclusion of the contract remain valid.
6. In case there are changes in data relating to the agreed price or in external costs, or new costs arise over 4 weeks after the conclusion of the contract, we shall be entitled to adjust our prices to a reasonable extent.
We reserve the right to increase the agreed price of quantities that have not been delivered yet if the cost of the production or purchase of the given product rises significantly due to the changes in the price of raw materials and/or modifications in the economic situation. In such cases the client shall be entitled to cancel the order within four weeks after being informed of the price increase.
