Competency and experience in: nuclear power engineering normative base elaboration ; thermal and hydraulic analysis performance ; nuclear and convention power plants: processes optimization; continuous process improvement; optimization of maintenance and repair programs; process systems, research, study, audits, quality assurance in the industry;
Experience in QA, document management; Knowledge of document control procedures and quality requirements for handling documentation. Systems, equipment, and components technical data collection, databases and classification processes at power plants .
Experience in: Metrology surveillance and control, revisions, measuring Instruments checks; civil construction; geodesy; physics; environmental protection, power plants construction, commissioning, operations and decommissioning.
Proficiency in English and Russian. Translator and interpreter in various programs (Phare, Tacis), conferences, workshops, reviews for KNPP (by IAEA, WANO, WBRD) etc.
