English to Russian: Description of logging systems in Russian Federation
Source text - English Logging activities must follow wood harvesting rules in accordance with article 29 of the Forest Code of the Russian Federation. The clear cutting method is usually allowed for harvesting wood in mature and over-mature forest stands. Trees that are 16 centimeters and less in diameter are not felled. According to the personnel interviewed, most of the trees are harvested by applying a traditional full tree harvesting system, meaning that branches are not cross cut at the stump after felling. Felling can be done either manually or mechanically, and although manual felling is still commonly used in the Lower Angara Basin, machines equipped with a felling head are used occasionally. The fleet of the domestic forest machines is generally quite old, however it is being slowly renewed with modern, efficient equipment that can better meet increased volume requirements.
Once the logging roads are built, harvest operations are broken down into three work stages: the felling site, the upper landing and the road side. Trees are felled, bunched and skidded to the upper landing or directly at the road side. For the felling sites nearest the slashing sites, the trees are delimbed and loaded into timber trucks at the road side to be transported to the slashing sites along the Angara River bank for further processingю At the felling sites that are located further away, the delimbed trees have any rot or defects removed and are cross-cut into high quality saw logs of 4 or 6 meters long at the upper landing by processor machines or chain saws.

Применение метода сплошной рубки обычно допускается для заготовки древесины спелых и перестойных лесных насаждений. Деревья диаметром 16 сантиметров и меньше не подлежат вырубке. После валки деревьев осуществляется их увязывание в пачки и трелевка (транспортировка) на верхний склад или к погрузочному пункту на краю лесовозной дороги. В случаях, когда лесосеки расположены вблизи береговых складов, с деревьев обрезают сучья, а затем грузят на лесовозы на краю лесовозной дороги и вывозят на береговые склады, расположенные вдоль берега Нижней Ангары для дальнейшей обработки. На удаленных лесосеках устраняются поврежденные или пораженные гнилью хлысты, и осуществляется раскряжевка хлыстов (поперечный распил) на высококачественные пиломатериалы длиной от 4 до 6 м на верхнем складе при помощи процессоров и цепных пил.

1.1 Crystallisation Section
The feedstock is pumped from storage and is heated to about 75oC in the Feed Oil Heater before being filled into the Crystallisers. This heating is to ensure that the crystals present in the feedstock are completely destroyed so as to prevent undesired crystallisation during the cooling process.
After the Crystalliser is filled with a nominal quantity of feedstock, it is ready for the crystallisation process. The oil is cooled according to the pre-determined cooling profile by means of controlling the temperature of the cooling medium, in this case water, circulating in the cooling coils. The design of this cooling profile depends on the quality of the feedstock and the quality of olein/stearin fractions required.
In the beginning of the crystallisation, cooling tower water is used as a cooling medium. This is later replaced by chilled water when the cooling tower water is no longer an efficient medium due to too low a temperature difference between the cooled oil in the Crystallisers.

The model part of the MVC pattern is all the code that works behind the scenes related to how this particular application works. This is known as business logic. This is the code that decides how to apply the shipping cost to an e-commerce order or the code that knows that a user has a first name and a surname. It follows therefore that retrieving and storing data to a database is within the model layer. In terms of the code, the Zend Framework provides the Zend_Db_Table class which provides table level access to the database and allows for
easily manipulating the data used by the application.
2.1.2 The View
The view is the display logic of the application. For a web application, this is usually the HTML code that makes up the web pages, but can include, say, XML that is used for an RSS feed. Also, if the website allows for export in CSV format, the generation of the CSV would be part of the view. The view files themselves are known as templates as they usually have some code that allows for the displaying of data created by the model. It is also usual to move the more complex template related code into functions known as View Helpers, View Helpers improve the re-usability of the view code. By default the Zend Framework’s view class (Zend_View) uses PHP within the template files, but another template engine such as Smarty or PHPTAL may be substituted.

The basic structure of Farnsworth House consists of eight wide-flange steel stanchions A, to which are welded two sets of fascia channels to form a perimeter frame B at roof level, and a similar perimeter frame C at floor level.
Sets of steel cross-girders D and E are welded to the longitudinal channels, and pre-cast concrete planks I and N placed upon these to form the roof and floor slabs respectively. The loading imposed upon C by the floor construction is obviously greater than that imposed on B by the roof, but for the sake of visual consistency Mies has made them of equal depth – an example of the primacy of 'form' over 'function' to which he was in principle opposed,59 but which stubbornly emerges in almost all his mature work.

Эволюция культуры происходит тогда, когда вступают в противоречие ее духовная и материальная компоненты, когда ум и дух личностей наиболее активного слоя населения входят в противоречие с ней. Все это создается в застойный период этноса. Конечно, такие процессы, имеющие застойный характер, свойственны всякому процессу жизнедеятельности личности и обществу в целом. Эволюция духа порождает эволюцию мышления и знаний, а в итоге — эволюцию культуры.
Человек есть носитель духовной культуры, он имеет то, что уже изучил и знает, а также то, что он создает в настоящее время или собирается создать, сотворить. In the process of studying of overall cultural evolution, the way of science and its conditioning reasons can be depicted adequately, it is possible to reflect the truth of knowledge, to perceive the scientific losses and their significance for man and ethnos.
Cultural evolution takes place where a contradiction between spiritual and material components is present, where minds and spirits of the most active part of individuals collide with culture. All this is created during the stagnant period of ethnos. Such processes are, of course, typical of any individual and common vital activity. Spiritual evolution gives rise to the evolution of thinking and knowledge, and the result is cultural evolution.
Man is a bearer of spiritual culture, he what he has already learned and knows, and owns what he is creating at present or is going to create. These processes are performed in time and space in variety of ways. Spiritual energy is the main driving power of man, who is bringing new scientific achievements for the society.
