Pharmacokinetic properties
Available pharmacokinetic information in the horse is based on two studies using oral doses of doses of 2 µg/kg and 10 µg/kg. These studies demonstrated that pergolide is rapidly absorbed with a short time to peak concentration.
Peak concentrations (Cmax) following a dose of 10 µg/kg were low and variable with a mean of ~ 4 ng/mL and a mean terminal half life (T1/2) of ~ 6 hours. The median time of peak concentration (Tmax) was ~0.4 hrs and the area under the curve (AUC) was ~ 14 ng*h/ml. The terminal half life in this study was much shorter than reported in humans. This is likely due to the sensitivity of the analytical assay in this study which did not allow for complete elucidation of the concentration - time profile. Therefore the rapid estimated rate of elimination in this study may not be a true reflection of the elimination phase.
In a second study using a more sensitive analytical assay, plasma concentrations following a dose of 2 µg/kg were very low and variable with peak concentrations ranging from 138 to 551 pg/ml. The peak concentrations occurred at 1.25 /- 0.5 hr (Tmax). Plasma concentrations from most horses were quantifiable for only 6 hours post dose. However, one horse had quantifiable concentrations through 24 hours. Terminal half-lives were not calculated as there was incomplete elucidation of the plasma concentration-time curve for most horses.

The compound: Physicochemical characteristics and clinical use.
Triamcinolone is a synthetic steroid of the glucocorticoid family with a fluorine instead of hydrogen atom in the ninth position [82]. The molecular weight of TA is 434.50 and the empirical formula is C24H31FO6 [83]. It is commercially available as esters, a white powder practically minimally soluble in water but soluble in alcohol, chloroform [82, 84]. The current commercial preparations include Kenalog, Flutex, Kenacort-A, Kenaquart, Ledercort D, Oncilon-A, Respicort, Rineton, Solodelf, Tramacin, Tricinolon, Vetalog, Volonimat, and Aristocort Acetonide [85].
The decreased water solubility accounts for its prolonged duration of action [84]. The elimination half-life of commercial preparation of TA in vitreous humor of rat detected by Oishi et al recently was 6.08 days [86]. In nonvitrectomized patient eyes, the mean elimination half-life was 18.6 days, while in one postvitrectomy patient eye, it decreased to 3.2 days [79]. After single intravitreal injection, peak aqueous humor concentrations ranged from 2.15 to 7.20 µg/ml [79]. Il composto: caratteristiche psicochimiche e utilizzo clinico.
Il triamcinolone è uno steroide sintetico, appartenente alla famiglia dei glucocorticoidi, che presenta la fluorina al posto dell’atomo di idrogeno alla posizione numero nove [82]. Il peso molecolare del TA è pari a 434.50 e la formula empirica è C24H31FO6 [83]. Chrome plating
Bright chrome plating is a finishing treatment using an electrolytic deposition of chromium. The most common form of chrome plating is the thin, decorative bright chrome, which is a chrome layer over an underlying nickel plating. Chrome plating gives a good resistance to abrasion. On X products only processes with trivalent (Cr-III) plating are allowed.

AAS Assorbimento atomico
Anodizzazione
L’anodizzazione consiste nel deposito di un rivestimento sottile di ossido, ad esempio su alluminio, al fine di impedire all’aria di raggiungere il materiale base. E’ un rivestimento elettrochimico per alluminio, duro, durevole e di attrazione. Le parti anodizzate sono altamente resistenti alla corrosione.
Solvente idrocarburico volatile
E' un solvente organico in cui la molecola contiene soltanto idrogeno e carbone e possiede almeno un anello organico aromatico.
Cromatura
La cromatura trasparente consiste in un trattamento rifinente tramite l'utilizzo di un sedimento elettrolitico di cromo. La forma più comune di cromatura è data dal cromo trasparente decorativo, il quale è costituito da uno strato di cromo posto sopra una nichelatura sottostante. La cromatura consente una buona resistenza all’abrasione. Sui prodotti X sono consentiti solo processi con rivestimento metallico trivalente( Cr-III).
Lacca trasparente
La lacca trasparente è un prodotto di rivestimento per superficie non pigmentato che consiste di una miscela di legante, solvente e additivi formando uno strato trasparente dopo l’essiccazione.

مادة (33)
زوال الأهلية
1- إذا زالت أهلية الطرف الثانى فللطرف الأول حق الاختيار بين أنهاء العقد وبين السماح لخلف الطرف الثانى بالاستمرار فى تنفيذه إذا طلب ذلك وتأكد الطرف الأول من كفايته المالية والفنية للاستمرار فى التنفيذ .
2- إذا كان الطرف الثانى أكثر من شخص وزالت أهلية أحدهم فيكون للطرف الأول الخيار بين أنهاء العقد وبين تكليف باقى أشخاص الطرف الثانى بالاستمرار فى تنفيذه .
3- إذا كان الطرف الثانى شركة أشخاص أو شركة أموال وانقضت فينهي الطرف الأول العقد ما لم يكن حل الشركة قد قصد به أعادة تنظيمها ويكون إنهاء العقد فى هذه الحالات جميعا وإخطار الطرف الثانى بما ينتهي إليه رأى الطرف الأول بموجب خطاب مسجل ودون حاجة إلى اتخاذ أى إجراء آخر أو الالتجاء إلى القضاء .
مادة (34)
الظروف القاهرة التى تصادف الطرف الثانى
إذا طرأت ظروف استثنائية عامة لايمكن دفعها ولم يكن فى الوسع توقعها وكان من شأنها أن تجعل تنفيذ الالتزام مرهقا يهدد الطرف الثانى بخسارة فادحة دون أن يصبح مستحيلاً جاز له المطالبة بالتعويض بما يرد التوازن المالى للعقد إلى الحد المعقول فإذا استمر قيام هذه الظروف ولم يعد يرجى زوالها جاز أنهاء العقد ، كما يعفى الطرف الثانى من تنفيذ التزاماته إذا طرأت قوة قاهرة تجعل تنفيذها مستحيلاً .
مادة (35)
سداد ضريبة الدمغة
يلتزم الطرف الثانى بتسجيل العقد لدى إدارة الضرائب بالجماهيرية العربية الليبية الشعبية الاشتراكية العظمى وأن يسدد ضريبة الدمغة على المصروفات المستحقة عليه وذلك فى ميعاد لا يجاوز ثلاثون يوما من تاريخ توقيعه ويتحمل كافة الغرامات والنفقات على التأخير ، كما يتحمل الطرف الثانى بأية ضرائب دمغه أخرى تستحق عليه بمناسبة قيامه بتنفيذ هذا العقد وعليه أن يقدم إلى الطرف الأول الوثائق الرسمية التى تدل على الوفاء بهذه الضرائب .
مادة (36)
ضرائب الدخل
لا يلتزم الطرف الثانى بأداء ضرائب الدخل وغيرها من الضرائب الإضافية التى تستحق على أرباحه الناتجة على تنفيذ هذا العقد وفقاً لأحكام قانون ضرائب الدخل واللوائح الصادرة بمقتضاه في الحدود التي حددتها المادة (19) من القانون رقم (14) لسنة 2003 مسيحي بشأن إنشاء الجهاز.
مادة (37)
الضرائب والرسوم الجمركية
يتحمل الطرف الأول الضرائب والرسوم الجمركية وغيرها من الرسوم والعوائد وسائر المبالغ التى تستحق عليه بمقتضى قانون الجمارك واللوائح والقرارات الجمركية بسبب استيراد البضاعة أو دخولها والمتعلقة بتنفيذ هذا العقد .
مادة (38)
التمتع بنظام الإعفاء المؤقت
يتمتع الطرف الثانى بنظام الإعفاء المؤقت من الضرائب الجمركية عن الآلات والمعدات والأجهزة التى يستوردها للجماهيرية العظمى للاستعانة بها فى أنجاز أعمال العقد وذلك بعد تقديم التعهد اللازم بإعادة تصديرها بعد أنجاز الأعمال وفقا لأحكام قانون الجمارك الليبي واللوائح والقرارات الجمركية .

Cessazione della capacità giuridica
1- Nel caso in cui la seconda Parte perdesse la propria capacità giuridica, sarebbero previste due opzioni in capo alla prima Parte per risolvere il Contratto: la concessione, previa richiesta di parte, in favore del successore della seconda Parte, di continuare le funzioni di quest’ultima, oppure la facoltà di rilevare le sue capacità economiche e tecniche per la continuazione dei lavori.
2- Nel caso in cui la seconda Parte fosse costituita da più soggetti e taluni dovessero perdere la propria capacità giuridica, la prima Parte può risolvere il Contratto oppure incaricare le persone restanti della seconda Parte di continuare nello svolgimento delle funzioni.
3- Se la seconda parte è una partnership o una compagnia di investimenti e non esiste più, la prima Parte risolve il Contratto definitivamente. La risoluzione del Contratto in questi casi avviene nella sua totalità e la prima Parte comunica ciò alla seconda per mezzo di raccomandata e senza bisogno di prendere qualsiasi altro provvedimento o adire le vie legali.
Articolo 34
Gli ostacoli che può incontrare la seconda Parte
Qualora dovessero sopraggiungere condizioni eccezionali per cui la seconda Parte non potrebbe effettuare il pagamento e tali circostanze siano del tutto inaspettate, e tale situazione rendesse gravosa l’esecuzione dei lavori e quindi su di lei incombesse la minaccia di perdite significative, questa non sarebbe privata del diritto di chiedere un indennizzo, in modo da bilanciare le perdite relative al Contratto, fino a un limite accettabile. Se queste circostanze eccezionali dovessero perdurare e non si considerasse una risoluzione o una cessazione del Contratto, e la seconda Parte non potrebbe adempiere ai suoi doveri per cause di forza maggiore, la rivendicazione di tale indennizzo sarebbe impraticabile.
Articolo 35
Pagamento del bollo
Incombe sulla seconda Parte l’onere di registrare il presente Contratto presso l’ufficio fiscale libico e provvedere al relativo pagamento del bollo nell’ammontare prestabilito, in un arco di tempo che non deve superare i 30 giorni dalla data di registrazione e, in caso di ritardo, la stessa dovrà pagare le relative sanzioni e spese. Analogamente, la seconda Parte dovrà versare qualsiasi altra tassa di bollo che le spetta in riferimento alla realizzazione di questo Contratto. Infine dovrà presentare alla prima Parte i documenti ufficiali che provano il pagamento di queste tasse.
Articolo 36
Tasse di entrata
La seconda Parte non è tenuta a corrispondere tasse di entrata e tasse simili conseguenti ai profitti scaturiti in virtù del presente Contratto, in conformità a quanto previsto dalla Legge sulle tasse di entrata e dalle relative norme promulgate e nei limiti di quanto disposto dall’articolo 19 della Legge numero 14 dell’anno 2003, in riferimento alla produzione di attrezzature.
Articolo 37
Tasse e imposte doganali
La prima Parte ha il dovere di corrispondere le tasse e le imposte doganali, gli altri diritti doganali e le restanti somme che le tocca pagare in conformità alla legge doganale, alle norme e alle decisioni emanate a questo riguardo per l’importazione della merce e la loro entrata, in riferimento all’esecuzione del presente Contratto.
Articolo 38
Utilizzo del sistema di esenzione temporanea
La seconda Parte usufruisce del sistema di esenzione temporanea dal pagamento della tasse doganali per le attrezzature, i materiali e i dispositivi che importa in Libia per utilizzarli nello svolgimento dei lavori previsti dal Contratto, dopo che si è assunta l’impegno formale di riesportali alla fine dei lavori, in conformità alle disposizioni della legge doganale, alla norme e alle decisioni emanate a tale riguardo.

مادة 11: بند الربحية
في حال لم تبلغ إيرادات بيع البطاقات و العروض ------- يورو كحد أدنى في الشهر، (و هو الحد الأدنى اللازم لتغطية مصاريف السيرك)، يحتفظ السيرك لنفسه بحق فسخ العقد و قطع الجولة اعتبارا من نهاية الشهر الذي لم تصل فيه الإيرادات إلى الحد الأدنى، و ذلك من دون دفع أي نوع من أنواع التعويض لصالح المنظّم.
مادة 12: الخلافات
في حال وجود خلاف على تفسير أو على تطبيق هذا العقد، يتفق الطرفان، في حال عدم التوصل إلى اتفاق ودي، باللجوء إلى محاكم القاهرة لتقدير الموقف.
مادة 13: مدة و نهاية العقد
يبدأ سريان مفعول هذا العقد اعتبارا من تاريخ التوقيع و يكون صالحا لمدة سنتين.

Qualora gli introiti sulla vendita dei biglietti per gli spettacoli non dovessero raggiungere almeno _________ Euro al mese (considerato come limite minimo per coprire le spese sostenute dal circo), il circo si riserverebbe il diritto di annullare il presente contratto o terminare la tournèe a partire dalla fine del mese in cui non sono stati conseguiti gli introiti minimi. Ciò esenterebbe altresì il circo dall’obbligo di corrispondere qualsivoglia risarcimento all’organizzatore.
Articolo 12: controversie
Tutte le controversie che dovessero sorgere in relazione al presente contratto, comprese quelle inerenti alla validità, interpretazione, risoluzione, risarcimenti e quant’altro, dovranno essere risolte tra le Parti in maniera amichevole. Qualora non si dovesse addivenire ad alcun accordo, per le stesse saranno competenti i tribunali del Cairo.
Articolo 13: validità del contratto
Il presente contratto sarà valido a partire dalla data in cui è apposta la firma in calce allo stesso e terminerà dopo 2 (due) anni.

Rates depend on a number of factors. Some of these that I take into account when setting prices are:
• Level of specialisation (for example the degree of expertise required for translating and the degree of terms that may need to be researched). The end user and the use of the documents will also be taken into consideration.
• Size, deadline, urgency and continuity of project(s).
• It is also reasonable that urgency has its cost. If the clients set a very tight but practicable deadline, they will be and rightly so subject to an additional cost.
• File format and document layout issues.
• Apart from the translation, an assignment often comes with a lot of formatting requirements. If this work can be minimised it can have an impact on the time spent on a job.
