OUR METHODOLOGY
Wishing to ensure delivery of translations of the highest quality, Eurotranslations follows the three -step process:

Step A:
Our secretary receives your document /project and immediately delivers it to the translation coordinator who classifies your document according to language and terminology field. The text is subsequently assigned to one of our translators for assessment. Within 24 hours, we come in contact with you with our competitive quote and an agreement is signed prior to undertaking the translation.

Step B:
Upon acceptance of the quote, our staff builds a special glossary, while collecting reference material and related literature. Depending on the language and the field, the translation is either carried out in our premises or is forwarded with all the required material to qualified free-lance translators. In case the project under question requires a team of experts being involved, thus sharing the workload, firstly terminology extraction and definition takes place, in order to ensure consistency of use by all members of the translation team.

Step C:
Your document/project is being translated by one of our experienced translators, until entering the revision stage where the text reaches its final form.
