8.1. Страховик зобов’язаний:
8.1.1. Ознайомити Страхувальника з Правилами;
8.1.2. Зберігати в таємниці відомості про Страхувальника і його майновий стан, за винятком випадків, передбачених чинним законодавством України;
8.1.3. Протягом двох робочих днів, як тільки стане відомо про настання страхового випадку, вжити заходів щодо оформлення всіх необхідних документів для здійснення своєчасної виплати страхового відшкодування;
8.1.4. При настанні страхового випадку здійснити виплату страхового відшкодування в порядку та в строк, передбачені Договором;
8.1.5. У випадку відмови у виплаті страхового відшкодування письмово повідомити Страхувальника про причини відмови в термін, передбачений Договором;
8.1.6. Здійснювати інші дії, передбачені чинним законодавством України, Правилами та Договором.
8.2. Страховик має право:
8.2.1. Перевіряти надану Страхувальником інформацію щодо застрахованих культур, а також отримувати інформацію та проводити огляд їхнього стану під час дії Договору;
8.2.2. Визначити уповноваженого експерта та доручити йому проведення страхової експертизи під час укладання та протягом дії Договору, а також врегулювання збитків;
8.2.3. Перевіряти виконання Страхувальником вимог Правил і Договору;
8.2.4. Надавати інструкції, спрямовані на зменшення збитку, що є обов’язковими для Страхувальника;
8.2.5. Провести власне розслідування для з’ясування причин та розміру завданого збитку. Зазначені дії Страховика не є підставою для визнання ним події, що сталася страховим випадком;
8.2.6. Направляти запити в компетентні органи з питань, пов’язаних з розслідуванням причин і визначенням розміру збитку;
8.2.7. Отримати від Страхувальника інформацію, необхідну для встановлення факту страхового випадку та розміру страхового відшкодування, включаючи відомості, що становлять комерційну таємницю;
8.2.8. Відстрочити здійснення виплати страхового відшкодування за необхідності додаткового перевіряння причин і обставин настання страхового випадку, на строк не більше 6 місяців, про що письмово повідомити Страхувальника;
8.2.9. Відмовити в виплаті страхового відшкодування на підставі порушення Страхувальником умов Договору та на умовах пункту 10 даного Договору;
8.2.10. Вимагати від Страхувальника повернення виплаченого страхового відшкодування, у випадках, якщо пізніше буде встановлено, що Страхувальник свідомо надав недостовірну інформацію, що вплинула на оцінку ризику та (або) розрахунку суми страхового відшкодування;
8.2.11. Припинити дію Договору відповідно до Правил страхування і чинного законодавства України.

8.1 The Insurer shall be obliged:
8.1.1 to familiarize the Insured with the Rules;
8.1.2 to keep secret the data concerning the Insured and his property condition, except cases, foreseen by the acting legislation of Ukraine;
8.1.3 to take immediate measures concerning the execution of the necessary documents in order to make timely payment of insurance compensation in the course of two working days after it became known about the occurrence of insurance accident;
8.1.4 to pay insurance compensation in the order and period, determined hereof in case of occurrence of insurance accident;
8.1.5 in case of refusal to pay insurance compensation to inform the Insured in the written form about the reasons for refusal in the period, foreseen herein;
8.1.6 to perform other actions, foreseen by the acting legislation of Ukraine, the Rules, and the Agreement.
8.2 The Insurer shall have the following rights:
8.2.1 to check the information, provided by the Insured concerning insured crops, and to receive information and conduct the examination of their condition in the course of validity hereof;
8.2.2 to appoint the authorized representative and to entitle him with the conducting of insurance expertise during the period of execution and in the course of validity hereof, as well as with the settlement of losses;
8.2.3 to check the fulfilment of requirements of the Rules and the Agreement by the Insured;
8.2.4 to give instructions, aimed at the decrease in the loss, which are obligatory for the Insured;
8.2.5 to perform his own investigation in order to clear out the reasons and amount of loss. The mentioned actions of the Insurer shall not be considered grounds for his acknowledgment of the event, which took place, as an insurance accident;
8.2.6 to send inquiries to the competent bodies concerning the issues, related to the investigation of reasons and determination of the amount of loss;
8.2.7 to receive from the Insured the information, necessary to determine the fact of insurance accident and the amount of insurance compensation, including the data which are commercial secret;
8.2.8 to delay making the payment of insurance compensation in case of necessity of additional checking the reasons and circumstances of insurance accident for the period of not more than 6 months, and to inform the Insured about it in the written form;
8.2.9 to refuse paying insurance compensation on the basis of violation of the provision hereof by the Insured and on the conditions of clause 10 hereof;
8.2.10 to demand from the Insured the return of the paid insurance compensation in cases when later it has been established that the Insured has voluntarily given invalid information which affected the estimation of the risk and (or) calculation of the amount of insurance compensation;
8.2.11 to terminate the validity hereof in accordance to the Rules of insurance and acting legislation of Ukraine.

CELOFTAL Ophthalmic Viscosurgical Device is supplied in a disposable glass syringe delivering 1.5 ml. Each ml provides 20 mg/ml of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose dissolved in a physiological balanced salt solution containing 0.49% sodium chloride, 0.075% potassium chloride, 0.048% calcium chloride, 0.03% magnesium
chloride, 0.39% sodium acetate, 0.17% sodium citrate and water for injection. The osmolarity of CELOFTAL Ophthalmic Viscosurgical Device is 255- 315 mOsm, the viscosity is 4000±1500 mPas, and the pH is 7.2±0.4.

IAS 18 gives very little guidance in the area of multiple deliverables. Para 13 states: The recognition criteria in this standard are usually applied separately to each transaction. However, in certain circumstances, it is necessary to apply the recognition criteria to the separately identifiable components of a single transaction in order to reflect the substance of the transaction. For example, when the selling price of the product includes an amount for subsequent servicing, that amount is deferred and recognised as revenue over the period during which the service is performed. Conversely, the recognition criteria are applied to two or more transactions together when they are linked in such a way that the commercial effect cannot be understood without reference to the series of transactions as a whole.
Traditionally, many telecom companies have followed the guidance in the US literature EITF 00-21. In summary, EITF 00-21 requires that in an arrangement with multiple deliverables, the delivered items should be considered separate units of accounting if all the following criteria are met:
a) the delivered item has value to the customer on a standalone basis. That item has a value on a standalone basis if it is sold separately by any vendor or the customer could resell the delivered item on a standalone basis.
b) There is objective and reliable evidence of the fair value of the undelivered item(s)
c) If the arrangement includes a general right of return relative to the delivered item, delivery or performance of the undelivered item(s) is considered probable and substantially in the control of the vendor.

Управление заданиями и контрактами
Требуется вести историю взаимоотношений, где предусматривалось бы: расширенная запись по каждому контакту с контрагентом (contact management), планируемые и реализованные сделки, выполненные, текущие и аннулированные контракты, финансовые и бухгалтерские документы (досье сделки и договора).
Система должна содержать архив взаимоотношений, который включал бы в себя: заявки, объемы по заявкам у контрагента контракт, приложения, отгрузки, разнарядки и другие связанные документы с возможностью анализа определенного набора значений.
Система должна поддерживать возможность автоматического формирование проекта контракта при инициации по заданным параметрам и возможность автоматического контроля состояния выполнения контракта на каждом этапе (согласование – подписание - оплата – отгрузка – закрытие контракта).
Необходимо иметь возможность быстро комбинировать условия контракта на основе нескольких типовых предложений, оценивать предложения клиентов и выбирать оптимальное из них для компании и клиента
Должна присутствовать возможность получения отчета по документам с момента поступления заявки от клиента (подписанные документы, оплата, цены….) с количественным и качественный анализом (ошибки, возвраты на доработку, своевременность предоставления документов).
Требуется наличие возможности контроля эскалации операционных, финансовых происшествий, ведение статистики по незакрытым сделкам с указанием причины.
В системе должна быть предусмотрена возможность оперативно информировать клиента о каждой фазе сделки. При необходимости, получать онлайн заказы от клиента, отправлять (Е-почтой, факсом) приложения, счета, информацию по отгрузкам, уведомления об отгрузке, прайс-листы и письма, рассылать информацию группам контрагентов.
Система должна давать информацию о текущем состоянии этапов сделок по всей компании и в разрезе контрагентов. Давать информацию о загруженности и работе персонала (количестве обрабатываемых заявок и контрактов каким-либо сотрудником или отделом, и соответственно состояние этих заявок, контрактов). Необходим оперативный учёт обработки документов (анализ количества документов как находящихся в работе, так и уже обработанных, за произвольные промежутки времени). Необходимо фиксировать время реакции на заявку.
Необходимо иметь возможность координация работы по времени подразделений, ответственных за процессе контрактации, распределение нагрузки, возможность работы территориально удаленных подразделений.

It is necessary to have a possibility of fast combining the terms of the contract on the basis of several typical offers, estimating the clients’ suggestions and selecting the optimal variant for the company and the client.
There should be a possibility of receiving reports on the documents from the moment of receiving the application from the client (signed documents, payment, prices, etc.) with both quantitative and qualitative analysis (mistakes, return for improvement, timeliness of submitting the documents).
There should be a possibility of controlling the escalation of operational and financial events, keeping the statistics concerning the non-closed transactions with the indication of the reason.
The system should foresee the possibility of urgent informing the client about each phase of the transaction, and if applicable, receiving on-line orders from the client, sending (by e-mail, fax) any addenda, bills, information on shippings, shippings notices, price-lists, sending the information to groups of contractors.
The system should provide information concerning the current state of the stages of transactions in the whole company and contractors-wise, provide information concerning the workload and work of the personnel (the quantities of applications and contracts, being processed by any worker or department, and the state of these applications and contracts, respectively). There should be efficient management of the documents processing (the analysis of the quantities of both documents in process and the processed ones for any random period of time). It is necessary to record the reaction time for the application.
It is necessary to have a possibility of coordinating the work of departments, responsible for the contracting process, in time, the distribution of the workload, the possibility of the work of distant departments.
