I have been translating for over 10 years and now specialise in financial and legal subject matter. including contracts, incorporation papers and bylaws, shareholder meeting and BoD minutes, resolutions, corporate legal texts (laws 626 and 231) code of ethics and more complex M&A contracts (senior finance agreements), as well as due diligence reports. Legal assistance included analysing pay slips and welfare contributions and asking competent UK agencies to run checks and inspections on UK employer – the case was settled due to company-employer becoming very “nervous” after discovering that an Italian law firm was “pursuing” the company in the UK;
